Nvivo realized that the video was divided into a 3-second clip.
Recently, when writing a paper, I found it necessary to divide the video into 3s segments, so that I can watch each video segment independently. So, I wrote this simple tutorial and recorded it, hoping to help people in need.

Nvivo software (Nvivo 1 1 plus) is used here. K-lite decoding software needs to be installed when operating the video, otherwise Nvivo will display decoding failure.

Step 1: Create a new project and add a description:

Step 2: click "data"->; "video"->; Open the tab:

Step 3: Click the OK tab to insert the video to be encoded:

Step 4: Double-click the video to open it:

Step 5: Click the "Click Edit" tab to make the video editable:

Step 6: Click the Layout tab first, and then click Insert Row (w):

Step 7: Click "Insert Line (W)" to pop up the window for adding script entries. Then enter 3 in the first space and click OK to divide the video into 3-second segments:

Step 8: After video segmentation, right-click the serial number, and then click "Play Script Media" to play the video content of a single video clip:
