Literature has always been attached to politics, and literature and art that is not attached to politics will never be elegant. It hindered the development of literature and art, and it was not until the Wei and Jin Dynasties, under the leadership of a group of celebrities, that literature began to be conscious with people's awakening. Later, it was not until the Tang Dynasty that literature really stood on its own feet and became a free aesthetic. In the Song Dynasty, encouraged by Zhu Cheng's Neo-Confucianism, scholars became impure and utilitarian, greatly reducing the aesthetic feeling of literature. In the late Ming Dynasty, Zhu Cheng's Neo-Confucianism became a tool to brainwash the literati's politics, and the literati's bones softened and literature was finished.
