The production process of ceramic aromatherapy nightlight is mainly divided into soil selection, humidification and stirring, curing and molding, hollowing out, high-temperature calcination, pattern paper pasting, secondary heating, detection and packaging. The selection of soil mainly refers to light transmittance. The better the light transmission, the brighter the nightlight lampshade will be. Put the selected soil into a soil mixer, add a proper amount of water to stir it to make it thin, uniform and smooth, pour it into a mold for solidification, take it out for surface treatment and hollowing out, and then put it into a high-temperature furnace for firing. After firing and cooling, the basic green tire is formed. After the green tire is formed, the processing steps are mainly sticking patterned paper and painting. Pattern paper refers to different forms. The painting was drawn by hand with craft painting. After the painted craft paint is diluted with thinner according to a certain proportion, it is hand-painted according to the designed pattern with a special hand-painted pen, and then it is allowed to stand and wait for the craft paint to dry completely, thus completing the painting process.
