The new curriculum clearly points out that argumentative writing is a common writing genre to improve students' writing ability in high school Chinese teaching. However, there are still some problems in the argumentative writing of senior high school students, such as insufficient and outdated materials. Therefore, how to accumulate materials requires our teachers to guide students in a planned way, combine students' hobbies and learning foundations, and stimulate students' creative desire.

First, demonstrate the source of materials.

In fact, to write a narrative, if you want to have good material, you need students to have a strong feeling and thinking ability about life. This is difficult for many students. It is easier to accumulate argumentative material than narrative. First of all, the argumentative material does not need to come from personal life experience, which is good news for students with poor life experience and dull feelings; Moreover, the materials of argumentative papers are open, and everyone can use the same materials. Everyone is at a starting line and very equal; It is very helpful for some boys who are interested in historical and social news and are afraid of writing.

However, we still see that many students still haven't solved the material problems, or they have repeatedly searched for old acquaintances who are tired of aesthetics, or they have made up their own stories, which is quite different from the facts. Why is this happening? In fact, I still don't pay enough attention. If something is not done well, the primary reason is insufficient attention and investment. Many times, our attention only stays in our thoughts, verbally, without action, persistence when encountering difficulties, and determination not to give up. Of course it didn't work out. Solving the material problem is simple. Accumulate one every week, and there will be 50 a year, two a week, and 100 a year. To achieve this basic requirement, you will feel suddenly enlightened when writing.

In fact, we should learn to ask for materials from the textbooks we have studied. For example, the lessons such as The Ring of the Candle Qin Shi, Jing Ke Stabbed the King of Qin, The Hongmen Banquet, On Qin, On the Six Kingdoms, Biography of Lingguan and Death of Xiang Yu are all well-known articles, so we should make use of them, and the characters and events in them are good materials for various topics. Students will integrate and classify these materials in class, train step by step, read more, recite more and write more, and they will definitely use these materials we have accumulated in future writing.
