Moral Education Thesis Fan Wenxuan

A philosopher once said: Without a kind soul, there is no virtue.

Teachers' morality is teachers' conscience. When a teacher constantly enriches and perfects himself and makes his thoughts reach a certain level, everything becomes a natural behavior, and students will naturally feel the teacher. From the emotion of teachers' love for their jobs to their happy and diligent practice, from teachers' physical training to teachers' self-cultivation, from teachers' unremitting research and progress to teachers' unremitting selfless feelings and so on. A standardized system of teachers' professional ethics has been formed, which includes moral strategies for doing good. To cultivate a good teacher's morality, I think we should do the following:

1. Loving education is the ideological basis of teachers' morality. Teachers are the noblest cause in the world.

Teachers are often compared to red candles, ladders, spring silkworms and paving stones to express the selflessness and greatness of education. Therefore, from the day of teaching, teachers should have a full understanding of the profession of teachers, so as to completely eliminate the concept of money worship and official standard and devote themselves wholeheartedly to the education of their own personnel, just as Tao Xingzhi said: I can confidently say that I have no regrets in my life.

2. Love. Respecting students is the basic requirement of teachers' morality. Education is the voice of love and the echo of heart to heart.

Only by loving students can teachers educate students well and let education play its greatest role. It can be said that loving students is the basis of teachers' professional ethics. Indifference to students and lack of enthusiasm are by no means good teachers with good ethics. Teachers' love for students is reflected in strictness and kindness. As the saying goes, strict teachers make excellent students. He also said: strictness is love, and forgiveness is harm. It is difficult to train reliable successors and qualified builders across the century without strict requirements for students and strict training. Since ancient times, great men have suffered a lot and have never been too handsome. Therefore, it is impossible to be lax with students. Of course, we must be strict with ourselves, and we must be strict with ourselves. We can't demand it according to fascist training. Kindness means caring, loving, accommodating and respecting students. Fully encourage students' self-esteem and self-confidence, care about their study, growth and progress, and make them develop in an all-round way.

3. Being a teacher is the core of teachers' morality. Teachers are engineers of the human soul. Being a model is the highest honor and sacred duty of teachers.

China in the 2 1 century will not only reach a new level in economic development, but also leap to a new height in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. As people's teachers, they bear the direct responsibility of comprehensively improving the quality of the people and improving the civilization level of all the people, especially the younger generation. Educators receive education first. Only by maximizing the level of teachers as teachers can we be competent for the historical mission of people's teachers and be worthy of the glorious title of people's teachers. This requires teachers to set an example for others at any time and place, and must first do what they ask students to do. For example, students are required not to be late and leave early, and teachers themselves cannot be late and leave early; Students are required to be polite, and teachers should not be rude; Students are required to abide by the code of conduct, and teachers should consciously abide by the teacher's code. Otherwise, students will think that such a teacher's words and deeds are different, and it is not credible to ask students not to do it. As Confucius said: His body is upright, and he does it without orders, and his body is not upright, although he does not obey orders. It just illustrates this truth. Teaching books well is the key to teachers' morality. Teachers must teach books well if they want to cultivate students into all-round and useful talents. This requires teachers to have profound knowledge. In the ocean of knowledge, everything in the universe is just a spray and a grain of sand, and the teacher is like a boat, sailing in it all the year round, sending groups of eager learners to the other side of the ideal, rain or shine, no regrets. Riding the wind and waves is inevitably thrilling, but it is also gratifying and joyful. Who says it's not? Choosing the profession of teacher means choosing hardships and challenges. There are many people who have no sense of humor, live in society and have a lot of money, but we can't imagine, let alone tolerate, a teacher who just fills in the blanks, standing on the sacred forum focused on knowledge seekers. Therefore, teachers should have solid and generous basic knowledge and professional knowledge needed for education, and have a thorough understanding of the subjects they teach. It is not enough to be familiar with the syllabus and content of this subject. Teachers' knowledge should be much wider than this. Generally speaking, a teacher must have a bucket of water to give students a glass of water. Teachers should also have many hobbies and talents. Because growing children have a strong curiosity and thirst for knowledge, they are interested in everything, from space to marine life, from ancient times to the future world, and they think that teachers know everything. This kind of curiosity and thirst for knowledge is the driving force to develop intelligence, and teachers should cherish it rather than stifle it. This requires teachers to be versatile, mingle with students and guide students to carry out colorful activities. Therefore, teachers should study, explore and update their knowledge all their lives. Just as Kalinin summed up the dialectical process: on the one hand, teachers should dedicate their own things, on the other hand, like the ocean, they should absorb all the beautiful things from people's lives and then contribute these beautiful things to students.
