It is difficult to train reliable successors and qualified builders across the century without strict requirements for students and strict training. Since ancient times, great men have suffered a lot and have never been too handsome. Therefore, it is impossible to be lax with students. Kindness means caring, loving, accommodating and respecting students. 3. Being a teacher is the core of teachers' morality. Teachers are engineers of the human soul. Being a model is the highest honor and sacred duty of teachers.
