I made a development plan for the next few years according to the requirements of the college and my actual situation.
First, personal situation analysis
Teacher, so preach and teach to solve doubts! I have worked for more than 5 years since graduation. In education and teaching, I have carefully studied the advantages of experienced teachers, constantly improved my professional quality, and also had some thoughts and ideas on classroom teaching. I found that although I am conscientious in my work and do my job wholeheartedly, the effect of breaking through the original level of classroom teaching and improving the efficiency of classroom teaching is not obvious. As young teachers in higher vocational colleges, how to integrate theory with practice in classroom teaching, how to improve students' cognitive ability, how to closely link what they have learned with the needs of social work and so on. It is worth studying deeply, and how to develop one's own advantages, absorb the strengths of others and better promote one's own development in the teaching process.
Integrating into the college development system is the purpose of self-analysis, in order to be familiar with and understand yourself. Because only when you are familiar with yourself can you make a correct choice for your career and choose a career path suitable for your own development. So I analyze myself from my hobbies, specialties, personality, skills, IQ, way of thinking, way of thinking, moral standards and so on. I was born in July 1982, and I am 30 years old. I am a Gemini, with a warm-blooded personality and a gentle personality. Easy to get emotional, but inexperienced, good at making friends and easy to adapt to the new environment; Language is expressive and infectious, with lively posture and vivid expression, and has obvious extroversion characteristics; Attention and interest are easily diverted and unstable; Lack of patience in willpower and relatively weak perseverance. I like music and sports, and my way of thinking is witty, sensitive and flexible. Because I come from a rural family, I am independent earlier, and my nature is simple and kind. Sometimes I am not decisive enough, but I hate evil and am willing to give.
In the process of teaching, I deeply feel that my clinical experience is not rich enough, my professional knowledge is not solid enough, my sense of innovation in education and teaching is not enough, I lack understanding and research on students' psychological state and characteristics, and I lack persistence and continuity in daily self-study, especially in my work, I am a little slack in accepting new knowledge.
This requires my own arbitrary planning and continuous improvement in my future teaching career.

As a young teacher who has worked for five years, we should first make clear the basic requirements and development direction of being a teacher and establish correct values and sense of responsibility. 1. Relying on the mentoring program, we worship the old teachers as teachers at school, actively attend lectures, carry out subject teaching in a down-to-earth manner under the guidance of the master, master the teaching rules, and gain growth from practice.
2. Continue to strengthen learning, improve their own political and ideological quality, actively participate in various teaching and educational practice activities, take the initiative to go to the clinical front line, learn from old teachers and peer teachers, improve their professional ability and teaching ability in practice, and establish a solid work style. Learning is the source of teachers' growth. Only by constantly learning can we make progress.

After entering the university for half a year, the professional understanding of teaching technology is not the initial confusion, but it is not particularly understood. As for the future career planning, we can only make a preliminary plan from the relevant courses and professional knowledge we have learned at present.
First of all, the employment direction of educational technology mainly lies in four fields: teaching engineering and educational software design, digital media and film and television technology, information technology education and subject teaching, education and training and enterprise training. Generally speaking, this major has a wide range of employment, but I think the graduation employment rate also depends to a great extent on whether we are proficient in the courses (specialized courses). After entering the school, we all know that there are many courses offered by teaching technology majors, and it is of little use if they are only general and not precise. Therefore, while learning many things, we also need to master several of them, at least one.
In addition to teaching technical theory, there are several auxiliary courses for teaching technical majors, including computer, photography and English. With the increase of grade, the number of courses will also increase. Personally, I prefer teaching engineering and educational software design in the field of employment, as well as digital media and film and television technology. As for the other two fields of employment, because they are more normal, combined with their own comprehensive analysis, they take their work and study seriously, but their efficiency is not particularly high and their patience is not very good, so I think the work with strong normal is not suitable for me.
As far as the current courses are concerned, computer basics account for a large proportion in learning, and their practicability and operability are also very obvious. According to the current school education mode and education development direction, the application of technical means will gradually become a trend, and teachers' teaching methods are not limited to teaching textbooks and teachers' own knowledge. The development of educational teaching software and teaching engineering will be greatly improved, which will improve the current education level and students' learning methods. In my opinion, both software development and engineering construction depend on our actual mastery and application of computers. Through understanding, I think that if you want to engage in this kind of related work in the future, you must have a certain understanding of the traditional educational methods and models, that is, classroom teaching, on the basis of mastering the actual operation. The design of educational software does not replace the teacher's main position in the classroom, but plays an auxiliary role. Therefore, when designing educational software, we should have a certain understanding of the course content, in other words, the designer's own knowledge level must pass the test. After understanding the content of the course, we should master the general steps of the course, so as to ensure that the software design meets the teaching requirements and will not become an obstacle to the classroom because of the complicated operation. At present, the simplest teaching AIDS are based on the design of teaching courseware, ppt and word documents. Therefore, to engage in this kind of work, basic operations such as ppt production, word typesetting and photoshop must be mastered. At the same time, the production of some courseware also requires us to have certain music appreciation ability and simple drawing technology. Of course, there are also classes in the courses we are studying now.
Digital media and film and television technology are also mentioned in the employment field of teaching technology specialty. I prefer this kind of career to educational software design, which of course has a lot to do with my own personality and interests. I think I like the free development space of his career and the scope of his work, but if I choose this career, it means that my study plan at school must be changed to be competent for this career in the future. As mentioned earlier, the whole educational technology major belongs to the nature of teachers. Although many courses are offered, most of them are classified as auxiliary teaching, that is, what we can understand and master is far from being competent for this kind of work. By understanding the recruitment information of advertising industry, TV director industry and related media industry, those who are recruited into companies or production units to be the lowest-level staff need strong professional knowledge, especially practical operation ability. For the actual situation of today's society, the market demand is greater than the demand. Therefore, it is particularly important to keep a low profile and start from the basics. In the advertising industry, photography, photoshop and the courses to be offered later are all very important, so we must learn them well. One class a week is not enough, but more is our usual photography practice. At the same time, we should cultivate some imagination. Advertising creativity is the key. Of course, as a tool, drawing skills also need to be improved. In the digital media industry, there is only a high demand for computers. The information carriers of digital media in the process of recording, processing, dissemination and acquisition are all digital characters, images, graphics, sounds, videos and animations. C language, database, programming, web design and photography courses will be carried out in this major one after another. If you are engaged in the digital media industry, you should study courses seriously and even have further research during school. Only in this way can we develop in this industry.
