In 2002, he was promoted to deputy chief physician and associate professor, mainly engaged in joint surgery.
In 2008, he was promoted to chief physician and professor, mainly engaged in the field of joint surgery.
In 200 1, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, 20 1 and 20 12, he went to Germany, the United States, South Korea, Japan, Greece and Hong Kong for standardized training and technical exchange in the related fields of joint surgery. After formal and systematic joint surgery training, he is one of the doctors who have completed joint replacement surgery in China. Especially in femoral head necrosis, congenital acetabular dysplasia, advanced osteoarthritis of hip and knee, advanced rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, suppurative arthritis or sequelae of hip and knee tuberculosis, he has deep attainments.
