(3) Mastering more than one construction technology and method within the professional scope, developing and applying more than two new technologies, methods and materials for scientific construction, and achieving remarkable results;
(4) He was the main drafter of industrial technical standards, technical specifications and technical regulations;
(five) to participate in the demonstration, examination and appraisal of the construction scheme, construction quality, construction report and supervision plan of large and medium-sized construction projects, and put forward important technical suggestions that can be verified and adopted;
