1. First, open the word you want to edit, put the mouse cursor in the second paragraph, and click the Outline View button in the View menu.

2. Then click the "Move Up" icon button in the new interface.

3. Click and select the "Update Directory" button in the "Reference" menu of the new interface.

4. Then click "Update the whole directory" in the new interface and click "OK" to make the directory consistent with the text.
