Writing rules of academic papers
The writing rules of academic papers are as follows:

The newly promulgated "Writing Rules for Academic Papers" mainly publishes three types of writing rules for academic papers:

1, writing rules for dissertations;

2. Writing rules of academic papers;

3. Rules for the preparation of scientific and technological reports.

Compared with GB/T77 13- 1987, apart from structural adjustment and textual changes, it is mainly a technical change, which roughly includes the following five parts:

1 and range

Its scope of application is extended to academic papers in microfilm, print edition and electronic edition, and its "introduction" is changed to "scope", and the relevant expressions are changed (see chapter 1 for details).

2, normative reference documents

3. Terms and definitions

Change "definition" to "definitions and terms", delete the definitions and terms irrelevant to academic paper writing, change the definition of "academic paper" and add the definitions of "body part" and "references" (see Chapter 3 for details).

4. Components (general requirements, front part, text part and appendix part)

The changes about the components are roughly as follows:

(1) The title of the paper, the original title generally does not exceed 20 words, should be revised as: For the convenience of communication and utilization, the title should be concise and to the point, generally not exceeding 25 words;

(2) Abstract of the paper. The original regulations are: Chinese abstracts generally do not exceed 200-300 words; Foreign language abstracts should not exceed 250 substantive words, and should be revised as follows: Chinese abstracts should be adapted to the achievements in the paper in principle; Usually, the report summary is about 400 words, and the indicative summary is about 300 words.

The main contents of Chinese and foreign abstracts should correspond. In order to facilitate international communication, foreign abstracts can reflect more information than Chinese abstracts.

(3) Other projects, such as fund name, project number, date of receipt, enhanced publication elements of the paper, relevant statements, and citation format. , which is required, suggested or allowed to be marked at the front of academic papers.

④ The front, text, appendix, end and other parts are revised as: components, formats, etc. (See Chapters 4 and 5 for details).

5. Format (general requirements, figures, quantities and units, illustrations, tables, figures, mathematical expressions, notes, technical terms)

① Writing requirements and format changes: formatting (see Chapter 5 for details);

② The format lists the standardization points and examples of academic papers in terms of number, quantity and unit, tables, illustrations, numbers and numbers, notes, science and technology, etc.

Finally, the relevant information in Appendix A and Appendix B:

Appendix A is the composition and appendix of normative academic papers; Appendix B is the relevant regulations on the use of fonts, font sizes and references for informative academic papers.

In the new standard, the cover example of Appendix A and the relevant standards of Appendix B are deleted, and the standardization of Appendix A: the constituent elements of academic papers is added (see Appendix A for details).
