This report focuses on the specific situation of new rural construction in Dalishu Village. The report covers six aspects: economic income, farmers' living standards, the present situation of democratic management, the development of diversified agriculture, the basic situation of new countryside and the reasons for the success of new countryside construction.
First, the natural conditions and economic development status of Dalishu Village

It not only promoted the planting and processing of Schisandra chinensis in villagers' families, but also promoted surrounding towns and villages and areas inside and outside the province. Liaoning Schisandra Association initiated by Dalishu Village has become an industrial organization for planting, processing, selling and scientific research of Schisandra chinensis. The eco-tourism of Dali pear tree not only makes use of natural resources, realizes the integration of fruit production and marketing, but also promotes the development of service industry. At the same time, it will enhance the cultural taste of Dalishu Village and strengthen the economic and cultural exchanges between Dalishu Village and the outside world. The real estate development in Dalishu Village, on the one hand, meets the needs of villagers to improve their living conditions and transform the environment, on the other hand, raises funds for the construction of villages and towns. At the same time, enter the city and strive to occupy the urban real estate market.
With the rapid development of the village collective economy, the courtyard economy of each household has gradually developed. Every village has a product and every family has a project. Now the annual per capita net income of villagers is10.2 million yuan. Judging from the situation of villagers' food, clothing, housing and transportation, it shows that the quality of life and consumption level are constantly improving, and family assets and deposits are constantly increasing. There are nearly 60 households with a million yuan (including fixed assets) in the village, and hundreds of thousands of households account for more than 60% of the village.
Second, the living standards of farmers and the current situation of villagers' democratic construction in Dalishu Village.

Now Dalishu Village Primary School has built a solar energy teaching building with the highest standard and the most beautiful shape in the whole region. The Tunpu dwellings and Yuanqiang Village Street of 22 villagers' groups were all planned in a unified way, and invested/kloc-0.5 million yuan to build a Ming and Qing Street and villa area. Now, flowers and plants are planted on both sides of every courtyard and road, competing in spring, summer, autumn and winter, becoming a small village with flowers. Since 1992, the village has relieved all the burdens of farmers, and the whole village has realized telephone program control, popularized cable TV, telex communication and tarmac of village roads. Every family ate tap water and built a convenience bridge. Every year during the Spring Festival, villagers will be given benefits such as flour and rice. Old people over 70 can get a pension of 1000 yuan every year, and the village will give them a holiday every year on the Double Ninth Festival. The children of the villagers admitted to the university were rewarded with 5,000 yuan each, and the villagers in Dalishu began to live a good life like people in the same city.
(2) Beautiful scenery and harmonious society: The two committees of Dalishu Village insist on ideological construction, organizational construction, system construction and work style construction in strengthening the construction of village leadership. The overall team has basically reached the requirements of "one heart and two minds, three lows, four strong and five highs". Through ideological construction, system construction, work style construction and mass supervision, the overall quality has been generally improved. In strengthening democratic management and carrying out legal education, we should give full play to the role of "village rules and regulations", respect and safeguard villagers' rights and interests, promote democratic management and mass financial management, and further strengthen collective decision-making work.
The so-called "one heart and two minds, three lows, four strong and five highs" in organizational construction means: unite as one and form a joint force; Seek development for the collective and interests for the masses; Team age is low, selfishness is low, and decision-making mistakes are low; Strong combat effectiveness, forward-looking, innovative consciousness and affinity; Highly educated, diploma, ability, prestige and quality. Third, develop diversified agriculture.

During the investigation, we went deep into the reality and made a field trip to the orchard in Dalishu Village. Go through Guo Hua, go through 18km Schisandra corridor, and reach Liyuan. Tourism is a new industry developed in Dalishu Village in the tide of reform and opening up. Dalishu Village is a national green eco-tourism area. It is famous for its beautiful mountains and rivers, the heroism of pear tree people in transforming mountains and rivers, profound Chinese medicine culture, rich rural customs and elegant and quiet antique towns. It combines natural scenery with humanistic spirit and becomes an excellent model of new socialist countryside. There are more than 50 scenic spots in the tourist area, including Huaguoshan, Wangyaogu, Julian Lake and Antique New Village. There are hotels, restaurants, conference centers, amusement places and other facilities, providing high, medium and low-grade services. It is a good place for sightseeing, leisure, entertainment and meetings. It receives a large number of Chinese and foreign tourists every year, and many party and state leaders have been here.

Schisandra chinensis is a precious Chinese herbal medicine, which has five flavors: sour, sweet, bitter, spicy and salty, so it is called Schisandra chinensis.
