Identification standard of innovative practice credits
Rule three. Students who have participated in competitions organized by authoritative organizations in China, Sichuan and at home and abroad, and won prizes in official competitions recognized by the academic affairs office of the school, may apply for recognition of award credits. When winning multiple awards in the same competition, only the highest award will be scored:
1) National level: 4 credits for the first prize, 3 credits for the second prize and 2 credits for the third prize;
2) Provincial and ministerial level: 3 credits for the first prize, 2 credits for the second prize and 1 credit for the third prize.
Article 4? Students participate in various national and university-level college students' scientific and technological innovation practice projects, complete the project plan and pass the acceptance or defense, and get the following credits:
1) National Innovative Experiment Plan for College Students: 3 credits;
2) school-level SRTP project: 2 credits;
3) Key laboratories are open to undergraduates: 2 credits;
4) Personalized experimental project: 2 credits.
Article 5? Students who publicly publish academic papers or works with Southwest Jiaotong University as the first completion unit are awarded the following credits:
1)? Papers included in SCI, EI and SSCI: 2 credits for the first author and 1 credit for the second author;
2)? Newspapers and periodicals at or above the provincial level publish articles or reports, indicating that the author is Southwest Jiaotong University: more than 5,000 words, each with 2 credits; More than 2000 words, each article 1 credit;
3)? Publishing monographs, translations and literary works in the official publishing house, indicating that the author is Southwest Jiaotong University: more than 400,000 words, 4 credits each; More than 200,000 words, 3 credits each, more than 6,543,800 words, 2 credits each.
Article 6? Students who participate in international academic conferences or academic exchange activities can get 4 credits for making conference reports at international academic conferences and 2 credits for making reports.
Article 7? The student is the first inventor and Southwest Jiaotong University is the applicant's patent, and the credits are determined as follows:
1)? 5 points for each application for invention patent;
2)? 2 points for each application for utility model patent or software copyright;
3)? Apply for design patent, each 1 credit.
Article 8? Students as the first person to complete, Southwest Jiaotong University as the first unit to complete the identification of achievements, scientific and technological awards and the transfer of scientific and technological achievements, according to the following credits:
1)? Through the results appraisal organized by the relevant administrative departments of science and technology, submit the results appraisal certificate: international advanced 5 credits, international advanced or partially advanced 4 credits; Domestic leading 3 credits, domestic leading or domestic advanced 2 credits.
2)? Won the scientific and technological achievement award organized by government departments at all levels (referring to natural science award, scientific and technological progress award and technological invention award);
(1) National level: 5 credits for the first prize and 4 credits for the second prize;
(2) Provincial and ministerial level: 3 credits for the first prize and 2 credits for the second prize.
3)? The transfer of scientific and technological achievements shall be implemented according to the Administrative Measures for the Transfer of Scientific and Technological Achievements of the school: 4 credits for each achievement.
Article 9? Students who have participated in social practice activities and won excellent social practice teams and individuals at the school level will receive 1 credit each.
Article 10? Students who participate in voluntary service and are recognized as star volunteers by the Youth League Committee are awarded the following credits:
1)? Two credits for five-star volunteers;
2)? Four-star volunteers 1 credit.
Article 11? Students participate in various vocational skills assessment and training, obtain vocational qualification certificates, and receive the following credits:
1) CET-6 for non-foreign language majors is above 5 10, accounting for 1 credit;
2) Non-computer majors have passed the National Computer Rank Examination Level 3 and above, 1 credit;
3) If you take the national vocational qualification examination and obtain an advanced certificate (level 2 or above), add 2 credits; if you obtain an intermediate certificate (level 3), add 1 credit;
4) Take the national professional and technical qualification (level) examination, and those who have obtained the advanced certificate will receive 2 credits, and those who have obtained the intermediate certificate will receive 1 credit;
5) National defense students get 2 credits for passing military and political training.
Article 12? During my undergraduate course, I listened to five scientific academic reports organized by schools and colleges and recognized by the Academic Affairs Office, and submitted my own academic report experience. I can get 1 credit after being audited by the tutor or other teachers with deputy senior titles and recognized by the students' colleges.
Thirteenth if there are other items and categories that can be recognized as innovative practice credits, all teaching-related units can apply to the academic affairs office of the school, and can be recognized after approval.
Chapter three? The procedure of identifying innovative practice credits
Article 14 The application for innovative practice credits shall be made at the end of the seventh semester (the ninth semester for five-year majors). When students choose courses online, they need to choose innovative practical courses online according to their own conditions, and the course scores should be equal to or less than the identifiable academic scores.
Fifteenth students fill in the "Application Form for Innovative Practice Credits of Southwest Jiaotong University" with relevant supporting materials, and submit it to their college, which will arrange special teachers to check and confirm it and then count it into the score file. The application materials and certification materials shall be properly kept by the college.
Article 16 The Academic Affairs Office conducts spot checks on the application materials of the whole school.
Article 17? In case of special circumstances or disputes over the identification of innovative practice credits, the Academic Affairs Office will organize experts to identify them.
Article 18? Those who resort to deceit will be deprived of the innovative practice credits they have obtained and will be dealt with severely according to relevant regulations.
Chapter four? The cost, record and use of innovative practice credits
Nineteenth students who apply for credit recognition pay tuition fees in accordance with relevant standards; Apply for recognition of award credits free of tuition.
Twentieth students' innovative practice credits are included in the students' own achievement files.
Article 21? Students can apply for up to 5 innovative practice credits, which can be used to replace elective courses in the training plan.
Twenty-second students in recommending graduate students and winning prizes, under the same conditions, give priority to students with high achievements in innovation and practice.
