4) After April 2nd, the college will submit all papers that have passed the final draft to experts from other schools/colleges for review and grading. After the paper is submitted for external review, in principle, the final paper submitted separately will no longer be accepted, nor will it be submitted for review. Students who fail to pass the final draft on time will face an extension of graduation and follow the next class of students to study the course again.
