Work content:
Sampling, testing and adjustment of water and steam in water treatment equipment and thermal system; Combined with overhaul or installation, check, sample and test the internal scaling and corrosion of thermal equipment; Take anti-corrosion protection measures for thermal equipment that has been stopped (prepared) or newly installed; Chemical cleaning of thermal equipment in accordance with regulations; Adjust and test water treatment equipment and thermal equipment as needed; Do a good job in daily maintenance of sampling cooler and dosing equipment according to regulations; Test the purity and impurity content of a large number of water treatment drugs and select qualified products; Fill in the work log and other records, and write the technical summary report.

Skills and techniques:
1 Understand the simple schematic diagram of instruments used in this position, the main system diagram of make-up water treatment and the diagram of dosing and sewage system. Report and inquire about the work in clear, concise and accurate technical language. Skillfully calculate the test results and convert between different concentration units. 4. Fill in the test records, reports and work logs correctly and record the test results. 5 Prepare commonly used reagents and standard solutions, keep them properly and replace them regularly. 6.
