Prevention, control and correction of welding deformation between flange and cylinder of wind power tower
Welding of flange and barrel of wind power tower: First of all, the end face of single barrel joint must ensure a certain flatness, and the flange assembly must leave no gaps (especially some enterprises do not use butt welding, but directly weld separately). If there are gaps after assembly, reinforcement measures should be taken here. When welding, the inner side should be welded first, and then the outer side. The welding sequence can also be adjusted according to the specific situation to ensure that the flange does not tilt outward or inward after welding. When welding, it is best to finish welding at one time, and don't stop welding halfway.
If the internal inclination angle exceeds the standard after welding, it needs to be corrected by flame on the outside (I personally think that it is effective to use carbon arc gouging to properly gouge out part of the external weld). If extraversion occurs, a weld can be planed with carbon arc gouging on the inner weld according to the degree of extraversion, and corrected by welding method. Flame correction is also possible, but the effect is not as good as welding.
In addition, there is an iron tower manufacturer, and the timing gap is uneven. In some places, the gap is quite large. Butt welding is used for welding. After welding, the flatness of the measured flange meets the requirements. This situation only applies to individual manufacturers. Personally, I think it is required to assemble without gaps, but the flatness of the flange after assembly should meet the requirements, so that the flatness after welding can meet the requirements.
