Select "Replace" and "Advanced". When "Use Wildcards" is selected, there is a "Special Character" at the beginning. Hold down shift, click the mouse, select a blank page, and then delete it.

This does not happen when word previews a page view with blank pages.

Blank pages have page numbers, resulting in discontinuous page numbers of printed documents.

It may be that there are too wide and too long objects (such as tables, pictures and formulas) in your document, which leads to different specifications from printed paper. Adjust the size of nearby objects (such as tables, pictures, formulas) to see.

It may also be related to columns and some symbols that can be combined by carriage return.
