This method only needs two steps: 1. Select the part you want to list, list. 2. Insert a "column break" in the "separator" of the last word in the first column, so that it can be divided into two independent columns, and you can add footnotes to each column yourself.

If you need to add a horizontal line, in English input method, press three "-"signs and press enter.
