What is the most important thing in life? The answer is, judgment. What kind of judgment do we need? The answer is reason. Rational judgment will try to prevent us from taking the wrong path. It is like a branch of a bird flying over the ocean, and it is also the branch in my heart.
This pruning has a great effect, especially in this irrational world. Every day we have to judge and deal with many things, and rational judgment will bring us a good result. However, it has an opponent, emotion. We are students. If the teacher offends you for some reason, you may hate rebelling against the teacher, which will eventually lead to a series of serious consequences, such as falling grades and being criticized. Think about what caused this result. It's emotion. Anger makes you lose your mind and leads to wrong judgment. If you can keep a cool head and suppress your emotions, the final result is still good.
Rational judgment is easier said than done. This branch is not easy to grasp.
Take me for example. I like cleanliness myself, but maybe I like it too much. Once, my deskmate accidentally spilled ink on my book and desk. Suddenly, anger kicked reason aside,
Occupy my mind. I suddenly jumped out of this sentence in my heart, "It's tolerable, it's intolerable, it's tolerable, it's intolerable." I can't help jumping out of an ugly sentence. Finally, I almost didn't fight with my deskmate because of this little thing. It seems that I still have to "cultivate" rationality, which is too difficult to grasp.
You see, I can't be completely rational, and my ability to judge things will also be affected by emotions. But "to err is human".
Rationality is what an individual should have. A person can't be controlled by emotions, otherwise he is no longer a person. We can't be completely rational, but we can be as rational as possible. I'm afraid the only people who can be completely rational in this world are God and "robots".
Pick up that rational branch, judge what can't be wrong, and take out that rich emotion to choose the fun of life.
