1, turbocharger

You may think that the turbocharger is complicated, but it is not. Turbocharging device is mainly composed of turbine chamber and supercharger. First, the air inlet of the turbine chamber is connected with the exhaust manifold of the engine, and the air outlet is connected with the exhaust pipe. Then the air inlet of the supercharger is connected with the air cleaner pipeline, and the air outlet is connected with the air inlet manifold. Finally, the turbine and the impeller are respectively installed in the turbine chamber and the supercharger, and are coaxially and rigidly connected. Such an integrated turbocharging device is completed, and your engine is "overclocked" like a computer CPU.

2. Difference

The differential solves the problem of transmitting power to the two half shafts, and allows the two half shafts to rotate at different speeds, thus reducing the wear between the tires on both sides and the ground. Thanks to this planetary gear mechanism, our tire loss has been reduced a lot, but there are inevitably some defects. For example, when one wheel leaves the ground due to strenuous driving, the power of the engine will all be transferred to the slipping half shaft, and the other side will lose power completely, which will eventually lead to the car losing control.

3.CVT continuously variable transmission

Continuously variable transmission technology uses the driving belt to cooperate with the driving wheel and driven wheel with variable working diameter to transmit power, which can realize the continuous change of transmission ratio, thus obtaining the best matching between the transmission system and the engine working condition. The biggest difference between CVT and ordinary hydraulic automatic transmission is in structure. The latter consists of a hydraulically controlled gear transmission system or gears, which can realize stepless speed change between two gears, while CVT consists of two sets of speed change wheels and a transmission belt, which is simpler in structure and smaller in size than the traditional automatic transmission.

In addition, the transmission ratio can be changed freely, and the whole stepless speed change can be realized, which makes the speed change more stable and will not have the "stuck" feeling when the traditional transmission shifts gears.

4. Clutch clutch

The clutch is located in the flywheel housing between the engine and the gearbox. The clutch assembly is fixed on the rear plane of the flywheel with screws, and the output shaft of the clutch is the input shaft of the gearbox. When the car is running, the driver can step on or release the clutch pedal as needed, so that the engine and gearbox are temporarily separated and gradually engaged, thus cutting off or transmitting the power input from the engine to the gearbox.

5. Deep groove ball bearing

Deep groove ball bearings are suitable for high-speed or even ultra-high-speed operation, and they are very durable and do not need frequent maintenance. This kind of bearing has small friction coefficient, high limit speed and various sizes and forms. It mainly bears radial load, but also bears a certain amount of axial load. Deep groove ball bearing consists of outer ring, inner ring, a group of steel balls and a group of cages.

Deep groove ball bearings are available in single row and double row. Deep groove ball structure is also divided into sealed structure and open structure. Open type means that the bearing has no sealing structure, and the sealed deep groove ball is divided into dust-proof seal and oil-proof seal. The dust-proof sealing cover is made of stamped steel plate, which only plays a simple role in preventing dust from entering the bearing raceway. The oil-resistant type is a contact oil seal, which can effectively prevent the grease in the bearing from overflowing.

6. Cross coupling of cross slider coupling

Cross slider coupling, also known as slider coupling, consists of two halves with grooves on the end face and a middle disk with convex teeth on both sides. Because the convex tooth can slide in the groove, it can compensate the relative displacement between the two shafts during installation and operation.

7. Universal joint of automobile universal joint

Universal joint, that is, universal joint, is a machine that can realize variable angle transmission of power, and is used in the position where the direction of transmission shaft needs to be changed. It is the "joint" part of the universal transmission device of the automobile transmission system. The combination of universal joint and transmission shaft is called universal joint transmission device. On vehicles with front engine and rear wheel drive, the universal joint transmission device is installed between the output shaft of the transmission and the input shaft of the main reducer of the drive axle; Vehicles with front engine and front wheel drive omit the transmission shaft, and a universal joint is installed between the front axle and the wheel, which is responsible for both driving and steering.
