Design and Implementation of Housing Information Publishing Website
Abstract: Nowadays, with the rapid development of Internet, e-commerce is booming as a new trend. It provides an online trading platform for the communication between enterprises and customers, and improves work efficiency. In this process, the extensive use of e-commerce has penetrated into the real estate market, and real estate information and dissemination is an indispensable part of the whole real estate market.
The system uses ASP.NET technology and SQL Server 2000 database management system to build an e-commerce platform. The whole system is simple in operation, friendly in interface and practical in function, aiming at providing a broad and cheap platform for real estate information release and management, and providing customers with convenient and comprehensive housing rental information. Through this platform, customers can quickly and conveniently find houses with suitable conditions, location and price. The functions mainly include personal information management, information release, housing inquiry, housing management and information exchange, which can basically meet the rental demand.
This paper introduces the development background, design process and functional requirements of the system. In addition, this paper mainly expounds the design concept and detailed design process of each part. After testing, the system has the advantages of strong practicability and friendly interface. The transaction between consumers based on ASP.NET online auction system becomes simpler and more interesting.

Theoretically, as long as an enterprise establishes its own website on the Internet, it will immediately become a multinational company. Because the network itself transcends national boundaries, more importantly, it eliminates the time and space obstacles in the real world, so that any network user in any country can conveniently visit its website and conduct online information inquiry, release and transaction with it. Therefore, it is a logical choice to adopt e-commerce in international trade. As a brand-new international trade transaction mode, international e-commerce has developed rapidly and become more and more important.
The wide application of e-commerce has also penetrated into the real estate market, and the release of real estate information is an indispensable part of the whole real estate market.
For example, 95% of housing transactions in the United States are conducted through MLS(multiple listing service), and MLS has developed into the largest industry organization in the United States. * * * Enjoy systematic information resources and conduct transactions quickly and effectively. MLS is a technical term derived from American real estate, also known as "multiple listing service". Its core is to make all the independent intermediaries' housing information joining the system form a unified intercommunication system through specific software technology and network means. 1. 1.2 research significance and purpose
The significance and purpose of this study mainly include the following aspects.
(1) By studying the main modes and business processes of the real estate information publishing website, the design and implementation of the real estate information publishing website are completed by using the relevant theories and knowledge of website design;
(2) Through the design and implementation of the website, master the ASP.Net technology and the development technology of the database system under the Web environment;

data flow analysis
Data flow analysis mainly includes the analysis of information flow, transmission, processing and storage. The purpose of data flow analysis is to find and solve problems in data circulation. Data flow diagram is a graphic technology, which describes the transformation of information flow and data from input to output. The specific method is: according to the business process sequence sorted out by the business flow chart, draw the data processing flow mastered in the corresponding investigation process into a complete data flow chart, and check the corresponding data, statements and models while drawing.
The data flow of real estate information publishing system is that system administrators can view and modify their personal information and publish real estate information after authentication. After authentication, users can view and modify personal information, query and publish real estate information. 4.3 Difficulties and solutions of real estate information publishing subsystem
Question 1: How to verify that the text content is not empty?
Solution: Use the verification control RequriedFiledValidator generated by Visual Studio to verify that the text content is not empty.
Question 2: According to the nature of the publishing attribute selected by the user, insert it into the corresponding database.
Solution: Use the Check events in the same group of RadioButton to judge the nature of the attribute to be published by the user, and then write it into the corresponding database.
5 Design and Implementation of the Background of Real Estate Information Publishing System
This module mainly refers to the information management, user management, post management and housing information management after the system administrator logs in this website. The main thing is the management of housing information, which mainly refers to the addition, deletion and update of housing, the addition, deletion and update of housing type, structure and area, and the query, deletion and management of real estate (latest real estate, rental, second-hand real estate and transaction report) information.
