Comrade Wang Shilei presided over the production of steel structures, pressure vessels and non-standard equipment in Baosteel's steelmaking, hot rolling, blast furnace and other projects, and established a perfect pressure vessel production management system, which transformed Baoye steel structure from a production mode of auxiliary repair to a factory production mode with a certain production scale and product types, laying a solid foundation for the further development and promotion of Baoye steel structure industry. During the implementation of the company's first general contracting project-Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center, he presided over the manufacture and installation of the steel structure of the project, and established and preliminarily improved the company's project management system. During my tenure as the manager of the Public Security Bureau, I presided over the completion of the Hunan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, overcame technical difficulties such as the production of welded round pipes and columns, and ensured that the project was delivered as scheduled according to the construction schedule. He presided over the completion of Suzhou Stadium project, and established a mature welding method and technology through the analysis and design of cast steel joints and the chemical analysis of materials. During his tenure, he successfully completed the implementation of key steel structure projects such as Nanjing International Exhibition Center, Shanghai New International Expo Center and Wuhu Olympic Sports Center. During his tenure as construction assistant and deputy general manager of Baoye, he presided over the completion of the Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, the "Bird's Nest" project of the National Stadium, and the first million-kilowatt generator power plant project in China, which overcame technical difficulties such as multi-track rotation and sliding of public buildings, overall unloading, and installation of long-span steel structures, opened up the high-rise steel structure market and successfully entered the overseas steel structure market. In the course of all the projects he presided over, he studied hard, actively explored, strengthened and improved the rules and regulations of steel structure construction technology management from the grassroots level, formed valuable technical experience accumulation, published many papers in the magazines of Construction Technology and Management, and organized and compiled many steel structure papers.
