How to prevent duplicate checking of papers
I think it is an indelible pain in the heart of every graduating college student. General schools require that the repetition rate of papers should not be higher than 30%, but some schools require it to be lower, about 10%. So how can we reduce the repetition rate of papers? The following is purely my personal experience and is for reference only.

1, paper duplication checking is actually not that terrible. Say what you want to say in your own words. Many graduates may be doing their thesis for the first time and want to do it perfectly, so they refer to many documents, and sometimes even feel that their expression is not clear enough, so they just use other people's documents casually. In fact, this will increase the repetition rate, and you can talk about other people's affairs in your own words. It's no problem to be colloquial.

2. If other documents are cited in the literature, it must be marked. When you quote other people's literature and mark it, HowNet will not count the repetition rate. If you don't mark it, your repetition rate will be unimaginable and the whole article will be popular.

3. Don't think that if you change one or two words in a paragraph, or change words with the same meaning, HowNet will not be detected. I used to see many students only change one or two words when writing papers, but the result of duplicate checking is really disappointing. Now HowNet is strict in duplicate checking. Sometimes a passage will be detected even if it uses different words, but the meaning is the same.

4. Use more icons or pictures, and even use the formula editor. If you don't want to be noticed, you will find it surprisingly easy to use these three things, but you should pay attention to them.

In short, losing weight doesn't have to be deliberate. In fact, as long as you write your paper carefully and don't copy and paste it with great fanfare, it is still relatively easy to pass.
