Committed to the prevention and treatment of chronic bone and muscle diseases and spinal diseases, the methodology of clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, and the spread of traditional Chinese medicine health culture and technology.

Research results: ① The technique of treating cervical spondylosis-supine stretch reduction method was systematically studied, which won the third prize of Shanghai clinical medical achievement, was included in the first batch of TCM clinical appropriate technology promotion projects in state administration of traditional chinese medicine, and was popularized and applied throughout the country. CCTV4 "Traditional Chinese Medicine" column made special reports on February 3, 20 10 and July 27, 20 12 respectively. ② According to Professor Shi Yinyu's viewpoint that "Staggered joints come out of the groove, qi and blood are blocked, and the bones and muscles are out of harmony" is the key pathogenesis of degenerative cervical and lumbar spondylosis, a non-traumatic pathological model of cervical degeneration in rabbits was established, and the massage technique and TCM mechanism were deeply studied, which won the third prize of Zhejiang Science and Technology Award; ③ Carry out TCM syndrome research on primary osteoporosis, systematically study and partially clarify the cellular and molecular biological mechanism of comprehensive improvement of bone quality by TCM, and win the first prize of National Science and Technology Award and the natural science award nominated by the Ministry of Education; ④ The technical method for evaluating the bone resorption function of osteoclasts cultured in vitro was improved, and the experimental method and quality control standard containing serum of traditional Chinese medicine were established, which won the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award; ⑤ To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and softening liver on the biological function of chondrocytes, and expound the biological mechanism of repairing cartilage injury with traditional Chinese medicine, and won the third prize of Science and Technology Award of China Society of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and China Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine; ⑥ As one of the main achievers, we have developed the sixth kind of new drugs for osteoporosis-Guqi Capsule (which has obtained the national certificate of new drugs and has been transferred), new drugs for osteoarthropathy, Huaizhen Gan Yang Capsule and other traditional Chinese medicine preparations. ⑦ The main mechanism of "tonifying kidney and strengthening bone" in preventing and treating chronic osteoarthrosis was systematically expounded from two aspects: the overall mechanism and the local microenvironment cellular molecular regulation mechanism, and the combination of intraosseous and extraosseous mechanisms. Won the Science and Technology Award of Chinese Medicine Association, the third prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award and the second prize of Shanghai Medicine Award. ⑧ According to the theory of Chinese medicine and clinical research practice, the viewpoint of treating knee osteoarthritis from tendons was put forward, and a series of Chinese medicine prescriptions were formulated for systematic clinical evaluation and mechanism research, which won the second prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Award of Chinese Medicine.

He has undertaken 48 scientific research projects at all levels, including 8 national projects, 4 ministerial projects/kloc-0, and 22 project leaders. Won various scientific and technological achievement awards 19. Patent application 12 (8 granted). Published academic papers 193 and academic works 12 (species). Editor-in-chief of Undergraduate Planning Textbook of Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine, Tenderness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong of Traditional Chinese Medicine, editor-in-chief of Tuina Manipulation and Tuina Therapy, and deputy editor-in-chief of Tuina Manipulation and Tuina Manipulation and Basic of Orthopedics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. We trained 0/3 doctoral students and 27 master students, and cooperated with postdoctoral researchers for 3 times.
