Anonymous evaluation methods and evaluation results of doctoral dissertations

1. Anonymous review papers are submitted for review through the paper submission platform, and each paper is submitted for review by 2/5 experts.

2. In order to ensure that the experts have enough time to review doctoral dissertations, anonymous review usually takes 6 weeks.

3. In order to avoid unfair evaluation, at the same time, a list of no more than 5 experts who request to be avoided may be submitted.

4. The expert review opinions of doctoral dissertations in our school are divided into five grades:

A: The paper has outstanding innovation achievements, great academic or application value, standardized writing and can be defended.

B: It meets the requirements of doctoral thesis, and the thesis can be defended without modification or certain modification.

C: It basically meets the requirements of doctoral thesis, but it needs to be revised greatly before the defense.

D: There is a certain distance from the requirements of doctoral thesis, which needs to be re-evaluated after major revision.

E: Those who do not meet the requirements of doctoral thesis do not agree to apply for defense.
