High-pressure filling grouting is mainly used for the grouting of dike foundation, and also for the filling of ant holes and karst caves in dike body. The hole spacing is 1.5 ~ 2.0m, and the hole depth should be about 2m. During grouting, the pressure is generally 127.40 ~ 166.60 kPa, and the casing is run to the fill layer to ensure the embankment is dry. The foundation gravel layer is filled with cement slurry, and then it is gradually lifted to the soil layer, and the hole is sealed with yellow mud. This grouting method is mainly used to control piping caused by poor foundation. When used for filling ant nests and caves, the grouting device 30 is used for filling holes around the ant nests or caves with mud to form an enclosure, and then filling until it is filled.

When the filling ground is uneven, it should not be filled along the undulating slope, but should be filled horizontally from bottom to top. The slope on the cross section of the dike should not be too steep, generally not exceeding1:5; The length of sublevel working face should be greater than 100m (it can be shortened appropriately if there is more manual construction); During construction, there shall be no bounded ditch during soil spreading and compaction, and the construction shall be carried out in layers so as not to affect the construction quality. In soft soil construction, ballast cannot be built behind the embankment first, and both need to be filled in layers at the same time; The working faces of adjacent construction sections should be smooth and rise in a balanced way. If there is inevitable height difference, it is necessary to use step surface for transition. In the process of spreading soil, if the surface of soil material cracks for some reason, water should be sprayed before compaction.

3. Conclusion

China is carrying out economic construction and water conservancy construction. According to the characteristics of China's water conservancy project construction, it has the characteristics of long construction period, large span and wide scope.
