From 2007 to 2065438+February, during my postgraduate and doctoral studies in the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Biosensing and Metrology (Hunan University), I studied under Professor Yu Ruqin and Professor Chu Xia, who were experts in analytical chemistry, mainly engaged in the research of molecular biology technology, nano-biosensing technology and nucleic acid signal amplification technology, and constructed a series of rapid, real-time and sensitive molecular biology analysis methods, which were applied to the highly sensitive detection of many major disease markers. In the synthesis of nanomaterials, functional modification and biological modification, immobilization and modification of biomolecules, preparation and labeling of nano-probes, etc. I have accumulated rich experience and formed my own working characteristics and advantages. As the main participant, he has participated in two national "863" plans 1, "973" plans 1 and national natural science foundation projects. During his Ph.D., he published 5 academic papers with impact factors greater than 5.0 in SCI source journals such as Angewandte Chemistry International Edition, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Newsletter, Biosensor and bioelectronics, among which 3 papers were published by the first author.
