The results of paper sampling will be made public. Dissertation whose appraisal grade is "unqualified" shall be determined by academic degree evaluation committee, the degree-granting unit, according to the relevant provisions of the state and expert appraisal opinions, submitted to the office of the Provincial Academic Degrees Committee for the record, and uploaded through the relevant window of the "Dissertation Sampling Appraisal System".

The Provincial Education Evaluation Institute will conduct an in-depth analysis of the results of the sampling evaluation of papers, conduct benchmarking evaluation on the evaluation work of evaluation units and experts, and issue work reports and quality reports. The unqualified rate of sampling test papers has risen for three consecutive years or is higher than the average unqualified rate of the whole province. Training units should carefully find out the problems existing in related disciplines or professional fields, formulate rectification measures, and form a written rectification report.

Sampling form: Taking Jiangsu Province as an example

(a) adhere to the principles of fairness, justice and openness, and continue to generate random marking lists in the form of electronic lottery according to established rules and proportions. The electronic lottery is planned to be held in late September, and the heads of discipline inspection departments, relevant departments, training units and graduate students' representatives are invited to supervise and receive the certificate.

(2) After the electronic lottery is over, the List of Sampling Appraisal Papers will be sealed on the spot, and published through the Sampling Appraisal System for Postgraduate Dissertations in Jiangsu Province within two working days. No paper document notice will be sent, and relevant personnel of all units are requested to pay attention to it and download it in time.
