Through the unremitting efforts of the infrastructure team, the land acquisition work was completed in March 2006. The school design was jointly completed by the Campus Design and Research Institute of China Education Society and Ninghai Architectural Design Institute. The school building area is about 18000m2, including 2400m2 welcome building, 3000m2 sports building, 3200m2 teaching building, 2 2700 m2 teaching building, 3 1900 m2 teaching building, 0/300m2 library building and 3500m2 dormitory building. The Yingbin Building, Sports Art Building, Teaching Building and Library Building won the bid by Ningbo Huayu Construction Co., Ltd., the dormitory building won the bid by Ningbo Tongsan Construction Co., Ltd., the flood control channel project won the bid by Ningbo Tianhe Construction Co., Ltd., and the quality supervision units were Ningbo Urban Construction Supervision Co., Ltd. and Yellow River Engineering Consulting Supervision Co., Ltd.
