How to Improve Students' Chinese Literacy in Classroom Teaching —— Taking Jiangxi Province as an Example
The topic I want to communicate with you today is "How to optimize Chinese classroom teaching by using subject research". To tell the truth, research is a very heavy topic, so I'm a little scared to sit here and tell you. In fact, like everyone else, I am studying, but I am one step ahead of those sitting. Last year, our school declared and approved the district-level project "Research on Subject Teaching Methods". I will talk about how to optimize Chinese classroom teaching by using our school's project research. First, why do you want to do project research can be considered from the development of both schools and individuals. 1, the need of school development When the normal education and teaching order of a school is gradually established and improved, its own development is increasingly in a new "platform period". At this time, it is necessary to highlight the characteristics of the school, solve the "bottleneck" problem faced by the school, upgrade the potential resources of the school to a significant level to integrate, and make the school present a new development trend, which can only be achieved by scientific research. 2. Personal growth (1) and the needs of teachers' professional growth. The times are developing rapidly, and the pace of educational reform is also very fast. In the information society, if you want to gain a foothold, you must have the awareness and ability to keep learning; We should have the ability of practice and innovation. In order to meet the new requirements of quality education for teachers, the teaching mode should be changed from "experience" to "scientific research". Practice shows that front-line teachers can actively participate in teaching and scientific research practice, learn theory, renew ideas, lead teaching research with scientific research, and promote teaching reform with teaching research, which is of great benefit to improving teachers' own quality. (2) The need to solve practical problems. Doing projects is mainly to solve the problems and puzzles found in education and teaching. These problems include their own teaching practice, students' performance and school education. (3) the need to form scientific research and teaching consciousness. As we all know, it is inevitable to consult information when doing a project. When you read a lot of books about education and teaching, it will help to form your own teaching philosophy. The practice of teaching and scientific research has not only changed teachers' educational ideas, but more importantly, made us form the habit of examining our daily work with new educational ideas. Consciously improve their own educational means and conduct reflective teaching. To sum up, it can be seen that project-driven action research is not only an important channel for teachers' self-development and self-improvement, but also the need for teachers' professional development. At the same time, it is also a booster to improve the quality of school education and teaching. Second, learning theory, updating ideas In order to make the project research work smoothly, we must first improve the ideological understanding of the project research teachers, so that they sincerely support the project research and are willing to do it. This is the basis and premise of doing a good job in the project, and it is also the most critical part of doing this job well. Therefore, after the project was established, I organized teachers to concentrate on theoretical study and discussion. Through study and discussion, our teachers have a deeper understanding of the far-reaching significance of innovation strategy, and at the same time, they have made clear the heavy responsibility on their shoulders, and accepted the research from the heart and recognized it. This laid a solid ideological foundation for the smooth implementation of the project research in our school. Iii. the objective of the research on subject teaching methods 1. Improve teachers' educational methods, give full play to teachers' leading role in teaching, implement the "people-oriented" educational concept of the new curriculum, create more effective educational teaching methods and classroom teaching models, and comprehensively improve students' learning literacy. Improve classroom teaching efficiency, improve teachers' teaching level and promote teachers' growth, thus accelerating the construction of teachers in our school. 2. Change students' learning style and make them the main body of learning. Guide and promote students' autonomous learning, inquiry learning and cooperative learning, gradually change the situation of teacher-centered, classroom-centered and book-centered, cultivate students' awareness of autonomous learning, participation and independent thinking, and promote the development of students' innovative consciousness and practical ability. Fourth, how to optimize Chinese classroom teaching. The members of the research group of "Research on Subject Teaching Methods" in our school have adopted a scientific attitude, followed the law, gradually implemented the educational concept of "people-oriented" in the new curriculum, relied on school-based teaching research, adopted the way of going out and inviting in, strengthened exchanges and cooperation among teachers, based on the classroom, carried out rich Chinese practice activities and conducted experimental research on topics, which effectively improved the teaching quality. Mainly from the following aspects. (1) Teachers in all disciplines prepare lessons independently (1). As a teacher, we should thoroughly understand the teaching materials before preparing lessons, strive to prepare lessons accurately and make classroom teaching presuppositions. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the editor's intention, the goal of learning modules and units, and the position and role of knowledge points and modules learned in each lesson in the whole unit, the whole teaching material and the whole learning module. The key points, difficulties and emphases of each class are well known. Of course, the textbook is compiled by experts for students to learn, and the content is single and one-sided. Teachers can't rely entirely on the textbook and follow the book. We can introduce relevant extracurricular materials into the classroom, make the existing textbooks and extracurricular materials complement each other, make our classroom more vivid, stimulate students' interest in learning and broaden their knowledge. (2) Collective lesson preparation and communication. Teachers and students should explain what teaching links they have designed, what is the theoretical basis of each teaching link design and what effect they expect to produce in practice on the basis of carefully studying the curriculum standards, thoroughly understanding the contents of teaching materials and determining the teaching objectives, key points and difficulties. Auxiliary staff can express their feelings about the link design, teaching methods and theoretical basis of the main staff, and can also express their views from various aspects, which will improve and correct the speech of the main staff. On the basis of sharing the resources of the research group, teachers will sort out detailed teaching plans. Collective lesson preparation gives full play to teachers' collective wisdom, promotes teachers' complementary advantages, strengthens teachers' teaching reflection, is conducive to improving teachers' teaching philosophy, teaching research and overall quality, enhances teachers' sense of cooperation, condenses teachers' joint efforts, and creates a good teaching and research atmosphere, thus providing favorable conditions for improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching in a holistic and large area. (2) Lesson practice. That is, in the classroom with problems, the teachers of the research group practice the lesson examples to see whether the method of solving problems is suitable for students and whether the students have really developed in the classroom. And reflect on the research effect of this lesson practice. The following focuses on optimizing classroom teaching for communication. (1) Optimizing teaching content The new curriculum gives teachers the responsibility to use textbooks and teach beyond them. The teaching process of the new curriculum is just "teaching with textbooks, not teaching textbooks", and teachers can think and interpret rationally in the free space of teaching texts. Interpreting the text creatively means optimizing the teaching content. A seize the key words and find the right starting point for teaching. In the dialogue with the text, we can easily find that most texts, especially excellent articles, always have the kind of "point" that "affects the whole body". Or a word, or a sentence, or a paragraph; Or title, or opening, or abstract, or link. Through careful design and breakthrough, students can be guided to perceive the text as a whole, thus leaving a complete impression on the text. The text of the first volume "White Goose" in four years is written around a key word. "What a proud animal" is "arrogance". The teacher of the research group grasped this "point" in the interpretation, and guided the students to communicate and experience the arrogance of the white goose from its sound, gait and eating. . B. Try to figure out the details and words, read and analyze carefully, and taste the language features. Recently, Teacher Cui Luan pointed out that reading teaching should clarify the nature of Chinese curriculum, stick to the truth of Chinese teaching, and embody "one center" and "two basic points": "one center" means paying attention to language training, especially strengthening language use. The "two basic points" are to cultivate Chinese ability (listening, speaking, reading, writing and writing) and improve humanistic quality. This formulation also embodies the essence of Chinese curriculum, that is, the unity of instrumentality and humanism. The first volume of the fifth grade "Mother Love": "Back straight, my mother, turn around, my mother." Why put "my mother" in the back? How do you feel when reading? Like watching a movie, I saw a rickety, tired and sleepy back. "I immediately sat down, bent over again, immediately put my head on the sewing machine board, and immediately began to get busy …", why did I use several "immediately" in a row? Students realize that their mother "moves quickly and pays special attention to time", and the reader's heart hangs up after reading it. These "defamiliarization" language phenomena are rare "language encounters" among teachers, students and texts. The teachers of the research group explored speech forms, accumulated speech materials and transferred speech paradigms, which effectively improved students' literary appreciation ability and language expression ability. (2) Optimizing teaching methods With the deepening of curriculum reform, teachers have new autonomy and personality characteristics, and it is teachers' pursuit to improve students' learning effect as much as possible in classroom teaching. In the specific teaching situation, according to the teaching purpose and requirements, according to the characteristics of students and the characteristics of teaching situation, the most effective teaching methods are sought. 1. Carefully set guidance to stimulate students' interest in learning. The ancients called the beginning of the article "phoenix head", which means that the beginning should be beautiful, exquisite, novel and appropriate, creative, attractive and shocking. Similarly, if a good teacher wants to give a good class, he must also be attractive in order to arouse students' enthusiasm. Since taking part in this research, members of our research group have experienced ingenious, novel and fascinating lead-in in the process of preparing lessons collectively, attending lectures by themselves and learning excellent courses, which can attract students' attention, stimulate students' interest in learning and bring into the learning atmosphere. Teacher Huang's school-based curriculum "The Old Man and the Seagull" in our school introduced a new lesson with the song "The Story of the Red-crowned Crane", and the sad mood made people feel even more sad. Teachers organically combine songs with teaching in class, which has strong attraction and appeal, greatly stimulates students' interest in learning, cultivates students' sentiment, activates students' thinking, enlightens students' wisdom, and effectively sublimates students' emotions, attitudes and values, thus achieving twice the result with half the effort. 2. The application of information technology in Chinese classroom teaching. With the deepening of teaching reform, various teaching media-assisted teaching has been widely used in teaching, which can greatly stimulate students' interest in learning, make them actively engage in learning, interact with students and teachers, and make students learn to cooperate and create, thus achieving better teaching results. (Courseware presentation) 3. Actively advocate independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods. 20 1 1 version of Chinese curriculum standard puts forward: "Chinese curriculum must be based on the characteristics of students' physical and mental development and Chinese learning, cherish students' curiosity and thirst for knowledge, encourage independent reading and free expression, fully stimulate their problem consciousness and enterprising spirit, pay attention to individual differences and different learning needs, and actively advocate independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods." Students are the main body of learning and development and the most important factor in teaching activities. In daily teaching, members of our research group break the traditional passive teaching mode of "teachers teach and students learn", and strive to improve classroom teaching, taking knowledge and ability, emotional attitude and values, process and method as a whole, making students' activities a process of finding, analyzing and solving problems, and actively advocating independent, cooperative and inquiry learning methods. For example, the teachers of the research group adopted the following teaching strategies when teaching Literacy 4 in Volume 1 of Senior One: 1. Teacher: (The card shows the new words) These new words are the names of the animals we just observed. There is a nursery rhyme about these small animals in the book. Please read nursery rhymes and find out the names of these small animals, and mark the names of the animals you will know with your favorite symbols. 2. Teacher: The children had a heated discussion when we started the collective literacy activity just now. Do you know the names of any animals? Say the words that teach you to read pinyin. ) 3. Teacher: Who else knows the names of these animals? Then say the words that teach you to read Pinyin. ) Teacher: Now let's have a reading and literacy contest. Let's compare which group reads best. Read new words by pinyin grouping. ) 5. Teacher: Each group can read the names of these small animals. Which group wants to read the names of these small animals by train? Teacher: (The new words without pinyin are shown on the card) The teacher removed the pinyin of the names of these small animals. You also know the names of these small animals. Please read the new words freely in groups. 7. Teacher: Who thinks I am the bravest? Stand up and read. 8. Teacher: Who dares to challenge him? 9. Teacher: You all know these new words. How do you remember them? Discuss in groups and find out the characteristics of these new words. 10, Teacher: Today we met many friends who have new words beside the word "bug". Do you know any friends who have new words next to the word "worm" when reading after class? (Discuss in groups and answer by name. ) The teacher scored 1 in this literacy teaching activity, and asked the students to read nursery rhymes in pinyin, 2. Read in groups, 3. Show and communicate in class, so that students can experience the fun of literacy. However, if there are differences in students' cognitive level, the teacher will let the students communicate freely after marking the new words. Do you know which new words to learn and which new words to learn? Read new words step by step; Group cooperative memory of glyphs is mainly to guide students to discover independently. For example, the words "ant, butterfly, duckling, spider and autumn" can be combined with the literacy method of "one plus one MINUS" to cultivate literacy ability through various activities, cultivate students' strong interest in learning Chinese characters and develop the habit of active literacy. Let students experience the success and joy of their own cooperation, autonomy and inquiry learning, and enhance their interest in active literacy. (3) Summarize methods, verify and popularize. On the basis of full discussion, establish and summarize effective and practical methods to solve problems. Experimental teachers summarize the research process, form research reports, or write research papers, so as to accept teachers' inspection in a wider range. According to everyone's reflection and summary, together with other teachers, according to the actual situation of their own class, a detailed case is designed separately, so as to further verify the effectiveness of the operation method in the follow-up research. V. Effectiveness of the study 1. The change of classroom and the change of teaching methods in various subjects make the traditional classroom full of vitality. The basic mode of traditional classroom teaching is "indoctrination-acceptance", and students are in a passive state; Efficient classroom adopts new ideas, students learn independently, cooperate and explore, speak enthusiastically, talk about feelings and gains, highlight "student-centered", and students truly become the masters of the classroom. Realize "student-student interaction, teacher-student interaction" in communication, so that students are in an active state. The teacher pays attention to every student in the class and everything about the students. Teachers are only organizers, guides and collaborators of students' learning. The change of subject teaching methods has effectively improved students' knowledge level and cultivated students' ability. 2. Students' Changes Students' awareness and practical ability of independent learning, participation and independent thinking have been cultivated. In the essay activity of "Building a Beautiful China", Xin Huang's A Dream in Dānlín and Lin Zengrun's Starting from Dreams won the first prize and the second prize respectively in the national essay competition. Zheng's essay "We Can Build a Beautiful China" and Guo's "Love to Sing the Chinese Dream Belonging to Children" won the second and third prizes in the national essay competition respectively. Xu Hui's student, Chen Ruoxun, won the third prize in the national essay competition "Beautiful China, My Chinese Dream". In the 15th World Composition Competition for Chinese Students, the essay My Little Dream directed by Dan and My Aquarium Friend directed by Xu Hui won the second prize and the third prize respectively. 3. Teachers' Changes Teachers' abilities in teaching, scientific research and solving practical problems have been significantly improved, teachers' profession has developed in depth, and nearly ten teachers' papers have been published or won prizes in different journals. In a word, I hope my lecture today can really play a role in attracting jade. At the same time, I wish all teachers success in education and scientific research. I hope everyone will really feel the joy of education in the future education and scientific research, instead of letting scientific research waste our time. To improve the quality of teaching, we must first improve teachers' teaching and research ability. Only by doing detailed, practical and well-done research on the subject can we find out the shortcomings in education and teaching in time, improve them through research, find solutions, and apply them to practice, which will certainly open a beautiful flower of teaching and research!
