Since 1984, he has been engaged in clinical research and promotion of urology and endoluminal and micro-innovative technologies, including percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopic lithotomy, minimally invasive prostate surgery (TURP, acupuncture ablation, Holmium laser enucleation of prostate, green laser vaporization of prostate) and laparoscopic urology. In a large number of clinical practice, summed up a set of relatively perfect modern treatment methods for urolithiasis. He has completed more than 1,000 cases of percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ureteroscopy/kloc-0, becoming one of the most doctors in China and even in the world. Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in China has been developed and improved, and the surgical effect has reached the leading domestic and international advanced level. In 2006, he represented urology in China at the annual meeting of urology in the United States and the world conference on endourology. He introduced the method and experience of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in China, which was fully affirmed by scholars at home and abroad, and made the technology gradually popular at home and abroad, and was named "China MPCNL" by overseas colleagues, which improved the international influence of urology in China. Actively promote the clinical application of endourological techniques.
