Cao Tong, Master of Finance, Senior Economist. Graduated from China Renmin University. He is currently the vice president of China CITIC Bank. He used to be assistant to the president of China CITIC Bank, general manager, deputy manager, business manager, assistant to the president, vice president, general manager of the personal banking department of the head office, and deputy director of Shenzhen Management Department of China Merchants Bank Beijing Branch (presiding), and worked in Beijing Branch of China People's Bank. Published dozens of papers in various economic magazines and newspapers.

Zhang Qiulin, Master of Finance, MPA of Economic and Financial Policy Management. Graduated from China Renmin University and Columbia University. He is currently the assistant to the general manager of the retail banking department of CITIC Bank. He used to be General Manager of Private Banking Department of CITIC Bank, Director of North Asia Region of ABN AMRO Bank, General Manager of China Region, President of Beijing Oriental Plaza Sub-branch of ABN Amro Bank (concurrently President of Beijing Branch), President of Huaxia Bank Sub-branch, and Deputy General Manager of Risk Management Department of Head Office (presiding). He has published many professional papers in various periodicals and magazines.
