Among the traditional dramas in Asian countries, China's Peking Opera and Japanese Kabuki are very similar in form and concept. This paper discusses the artistic characteristics and differences in stage structure of the two plays. I. Kabuki, known as one of the three traditional Japanese art forms, inherits the artistic advantages of being able to be happy, raving and humanoid.
