As long as you are good enough, each major has a certain number of "research guarantee" places, which depends on your own efforts. Finally, if the postgraduate entrance examination is successful, you can choose to stay in school and do scientific research projects with your teachers. You can also choose to go out to find a job, and graduate students are relatively better at finding a job (this is my own opinion).
