The implementation of internal control is to ensure the healthy development of enterprise management, and internal control cannot be an obstacle to enterprise progress. In a certain sense, control is the function of guiding enterprises to operate and controlling themselves without capital appreciation, and the source of ensuring the vitality of enterprises' production and operation is technological innovation, management innovation and system innovation. Therefore, in order to be invincible in the fierce market competition, perfecting internal control has become one of the necessary conditions. The change of environment and the continuous development of management theory require the development of internal control theory. In the internal control structure that adapts to the requirements of knowledge economy, control environment, information and communication and risk assessment are equally important factors in internal control, occupying a dominant position, and are three platforms and three subjects that should be parallel in the internal control structure. At the same time, we must constantly innovate, so that enterprises can constantly adapt to market changes and have sufficient motivation for production and operation. Based on the above considerations and referring to the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Finance on internal control, enterprises should follow the following basic principles in establishing and implementing internal control: legality, comprehensiveness, materiality, effectiveness, checks and balances, adaptability and cost-effectiveness.
