The postgraduate education system is 2 years. Generally, it takes 0.75 years to complete the course study, and the course credits should be completed before the literature review report, and all credits should be completed before the dissertation defense. The maximum study period is 4 years.

4. Academic activities
The academic activities of master students in this discipline include attending special lectures on intellectual property rights in schools, holding graduate seminars, attending academic reports organized by the college, and attending academic conferences at home and abroad. Through academic activities, we will raise awareness of intellectual property protection, encourage invention and technological innovation, broaden academic horizons, inspire academic thinking and promote academic research. During the postgraduate study, the number of academic activities shall be no less than 8 times (including no less than 2 lectures on intellectual property rights in the first academic year). After each academic activity, the 500-word learning experience shall be handed over to the tutor in writing, signed by the tutor and submitted to the Academic Affairs Office of the School of Economics and Management.
