As follows: This graduation project is the die design of gasket cover stamping parts. Stamping parts are flanging parts, the height is 14.5_, and the material is 1Cr 18Ni9, which belongs to austenitic stainless steel and has good toughness, plasticity, weldability and corrosion resistance, but poor machinability. The thickness is 0.5_, 14.5_ and Ф 72 _. The main machining dimensions are IT 12 to IT 14, and the fillet radius is R3_. There are three holes composed of circular arc and rectangle, which are distributed around the workpiece at the interval of 1200, but their shapes are symmetrical. According to the shape and technical requirements of the workpiece, the stamping manufacturability analysis shows that the shape of the part belongs to the rotary body, which is a general cylindrical part with flange. D convex /d and h/d are suitable, and the drawing manufacturability is good. The radius R3 of the fillet is large, so it can be directly formed without forming process. The main machining dimensions of 14.5_ and Ф 72 _ can meet the accuracy requirements by adding trimming procedures. The three notches on the circumference of Ф 72 _ are composed of semicircles and rectangles with a radius of 3_, and the accuracy of the center-to-center distance is not high, so it is only necessary to punch with a common die (that is, the manufacturing accuracy of the working part is below IT8). At the same time, in order to ensure the coaxiality of the three notches and the hole with the diameter of Ф19 _, the machining should be based on Ф19 _, and the three notches should be punched out at the same time. From the analysis of the shape of the stamped part of the gasket cover, it is not difficult to see that it needs stamping processes such as blanking, drawing, punching, flanging and trimming, but it needs several times of drawing. Whether flanging can be formed at one time, how to calculate the size of the reserved hole for flanging, and how to arrange the punching groove have become the focus and difficulty of this design.
