Baoji University of Arts and Sciences (referred to as Baoji University of Arts and Sciences for short) is a provincial undergraduate college, the first batch of cooperative colleges in the "All-Media Production-Education Integration Base for Humanities Exchange between China and Foreign Countries", and the "Scientific Work Ability Improvement Plan (Hundred Million Project)" construction college. The school is located in Baoji City, with Party Secretary and President Guo. The school motto is "Wen Bai is wise, virtuous and capable".
As of September 2022, the school has three campuses, Gaoxin School, Shigu School and Panlong School, covering an area of more than 2,800 mu. There are 17 secondary colleges, 64 undergraduate majors, 1 national specialty, 16 provincial-level first-class undergraduate majors, 1 national language and writing promotion bases and 6 provincial-level experiments.
There are 2 provincial virtual simulation experimental teaching centers, 7 innovative experimental zones for talent training mode in provincial universities, 9 authorized points for academic masters in first-class disciplines, 9 authorized points for professional masters, 6 provincial first-class disciplines 1, 3 provincial key disciplines, and more than 30 teachers11.

By April of 2002 1 year, the school had 3 provincial key laboratories, 4 provincial key research bases of philosophy and social sciences, 2 provincial popularization bases of social sciences, 1 provincial popular science education base, 1 provincial popular science research center,1provincial creative space, and more than 20 municipal or school-level scientific research institutes.
Provincial key laboratories: disaster monitoring and mechanism simulation laboratory, phytochemistry laboratory, advanced manufacturing and evaluation laboratory of key parts of robots.
