Moreover, through further understanding, I found that some comrades-in-arms only asked for reimbursement vouchers after paying, so I began to explore ways to pay the page fee of SCI papers with PayPal.

1. How to register PayPal?

The next step is to bind the bank card. PayPal supports binding credit cards or UnionPay cards (I use CCB). After the bank card is bound as required, PayPal registration is successful (because it is a Chinese registration interface and the binding steps are very simple, so the landlord will not repeat them here).

2. How to pay the magazine page fee with PayPal?

This part is the key to the problem that everyone is very concerned about.

The steps of payment are summarized as follows: 1): Enter the PayPal account number, specify the specific remittance amount, and give the email account number provided by the publisher to PayPal. ? 2): After that, PayPal sends an email to the publisher to inform them of the money to be collected. 3): After the issuer agrees to accept, the money designated by the payer will be transferred to the payee.

Because there are no invoices (invoices, payment vouchers, etc.).
