I worked as an intern in Hohhot Vocational College for more than 40 days from September 1 1 October1May. The purpose of this internship is to give full play to the subjective initiative through educational practice, combine the theoretical knowledge learned in the distance education class of RTVU with practical teaching, and initially master the teaching methods and skills of junior middle school Chinese. Understand the current situation and education of junior high school students. The practice content is Chinese classroom teaching, including preparing lessons, attending lectures, revising homework and correcting test questions. Do what Chinese teachers do. During the whole internship, I tried my best to do everything well in a responsible attitude towards students. As the teaching experience is still shallow. Therefore, I dare not neglect my teaching work, study hard, study teaching methods in depth, learn from my predecessors with an open mind, and gain a lot of valuable teaching experience. The following is a summary of my teaching during my internship.
First, listen to lectures with an open mind and ask for advice.
How to teach Chinese well is the focus of practice. In the first two weeks, under the guidance of our tutor, we began to attend classes and learn from others' teaching experience seriously. My experience is that we must arouse students' interest in learning and let them learn actively in happiness. I listened to two teachers, one lively and the other rigorous, and the former is better in effect. The traditional teaching method is mainly analysis, but the quality of students in this school is generally poor, and abstract analysis is difficult to understand, which leads to a lack of interest in Chinese learning. Even if some students with strong learning ability and willingness can understand and accept these analyses, it also violates the principle that education is for all students. What is most acceptable and needed is a rich perceptual experience. As the instructor told me, as long as the teacher reads the lyric prose "Listening to the Tide" well and reads the feelings in the text, the class will be better by more than half. Psychological suggestion plays a great role. The teacher's lecture is full of passion, and the students will not be unaffected.
Second, prepare lessons, textbooks, students and teaching methods.
Teaching is teaching and learning, which are interrelated and inseparable. Where there is a teacher, there must be a scholar. Students are the subject of education. Therefore, it is very important to understand and analyze students' situation and carry out targeted teaching. When I first came into contact with teaching, I didn't understand the importance of students to teaching. I just concentrate on studying books and textbooks, and try my best to make the classroom lively and acceptable to students.
1, prepare the textbook
In order to learn happily, we should not create an active classroom atmosphere and engage in ostentation and extravagance in isolation, but should find the excitement of students from the teaching content. Preparation before class must be sufficient. In class, I often get up at five or six in the morning to prepare lessons, check materials, write lesson plans, and consider various details before class. For example, when I was teaching Ansai waist drum, the theme of this class was "Understanding Ansai waist drum", which was quite difficult to teach. If you follow the book, the students will find it difficult and boring. In order to teach this class well, I studied the text carefully, found out the key points and difficulties, and prepared to make a targeted speech. In order to make the teaching lively and not boring, I also prepared a large number of teaching AIDS for this purpose, and I have a well-thought-out plan when teaching. I think if I have enough preparation time, I will play better in the lecture. Teachers should be loud, imposing and good-natured. I define myself as honest and upright: straightforward, sincere, strong and gentle. I think male teachers must be a little hard-driving, which is conducive to the development of students' character. I haven't done enough to give students enough time to think after asking questions. When students often ask questions, they should raise their hands to answer them. My speaking speed and teaching process are relatively fast. I think the speed of speech and the teaching process should be mastered flexibly according to the nature and importance of the teaching content and the adaptability of most students. Fast is fast, slow is slow.
Step 2 prepare students
On the one hand, rural students' listening and speaking ability is relatively weak, and students can't adapt to the in-depth teaching of Putonghua. On the other hand, the students in my class are more active and the class atmosphere is positive, but the average students and poor students account for the majority, and the top students are relatively few. Therefore, I went too far and didn't take care of the whole. I didn't notice this when preparing lessons, so the teaching effect was not ideal. It can be seen that understanding and analyzing the actual situation of students, seeking truth from facts, analyzing specific problems and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude have a direct impact on the teaching effect. This is what pedagogy says: "Prepare students while preparing teaching methods". This theory has been verified in my teaching practice.
Step 3 Prepare teaching methods
In teaching, preparing lessons is an essential and very important link, the object of preparing lessons and teaching methods. Inadequate or inadequate preparation of lessons will seriously affect the classroom atmosphere and enthusiasm. One of my predecessors said to me, "if you don't prepare your lessons well, you might as well not attend classes, or you will be in vain." Therefore, I spend a lot of time preparing lessons every day and study teaching materials and teaching methods carefully. Some classes have better oral and reading methods, some classes have better guidance from self-study teachers, and some classes have more intuitive and vivid audio-visual means. Every class has a suitable method, and I study it carefully when preparing lessons.
4. Lesson preparation experience
A well-prepared class is good for both students and teachers. Preparing lessons can fully arouse students' enthusiasm and the classroom effect is good. But at the same time, we should also have the ability to control the classroom, because every move of students in the classroom will directly affect the classroom teaching. Chinese is a tool subject, which is both familiar and difficult for students to learn. In such a big environment, to teach Chinese well, it is necessary to make students love Chinese and make students interested in Chinese. Otherwise, students are afraid of the difficulties of this subject, unwilling to study and unable to continue their studies. To this end, I have taken some measures, that is, telling stories about cultural life as much as possible, so that they can better understand Chinese and enjoy learning Chinese. Because only by improving their Chinese level can they improve their students' Chinese writing ability, which is very beneficial to students with excellent grades.
Third, teaching, stimulating interest and innovating methods.
1, classroom teaching
Due to the special situation of Chinese, students will be divided into good students and bad students in continuous learning, which seriously affects the learning atmosphere in the class. Therefore, it must not be ignored. To this end, I made specific plans and goals. Provide planned counseling for these students. I divided this group of students into three groups. The first category is students who have the ability to improve but are usually lazy. For these students, I take group counseling and assign them fixed tasks, so as not to let them have the opportunity to be lazy and let them play their due level; The second group are students who are willing to study, but because of their poor ability. These students should guide correctly, teach patiently and improve their grades slowly. We should not rush them, but encourage them more. As long as you are willing to work hard, your grades are expected to improve; The third group is students who are lax in discipline, do not study hard and have a poor foundation. These people should receive individual counseling in their spare time. Because these students need a quiet and undisturbed environment, they will calm down and study. As long as we persist in counseling, the foundation of these students will be re-established and the teaching effect will be better in the future. In the prose unit, I attended the first class of poplar praise. Due to lack of preparation, the clues of the article are not clear, but I noticed my reading aloud. There are tapes of text reading in school, but I read the text by myself in class. Although I didn't read as well as professional readers, I tried my best. Later, the instructor said that the teacher should read by himself, which made the students feel cordial and could not stop reading by themselves. He also said that the students could not read well.
When I stimulate students' interest in class, I use the following methods: stimulate interest with good posture, which refers to the body language used by teachers in the teaching process, including teachers' attitudes, expressions and postures. ; Arouse interest with beautiful and moving language, "You must not be rude when you speak." The language shining with wisdom and brilliance has rich expressive force; Stimulating interest with vivid metaphors, it is true that some theories in middle school students' ideological and moral textbooks are abstract, but this cannot be equated with boredom; Stimulating interest with humorous cartoons is not only vivid, vivid and humorous, but also contains rich and profound truth, which is thought-provoking and memorable.
2. After-school tutoring
Chinese is a language. In addition to the classroom effect, students need to read more, speak more and practice more. To this end, in the morning reading, I insist on getting off work to understand the morning reading situation and correct the problems in time. After class, students' homework problems are found to be solved in time and explained clearly in time, so that students can digest them immediately. In addition, some unconscious students also teach by rote to improve their ability.
Therefore, no matter how hard I work, I will continue to work hard, ask more questions, think more, learn from my predecessors and make progress.
3, homework correction
Correcting homework, I correct every mistake, emphasize the importance of correcting in the comments, and encourage and inspire according to each student's situation. For those students who still don't revise after my request, I wrote in their exercise books that I won't revise this assignment in order not to waste time, energy and feelings. My guiding ideology is to constantly give students the opportunity to correct their mistakes and allow them to be repeated in the process of correcting their mistakes and pursuing progress, but they should not be "miserable". Just a few words, the measures should be adjusted according to the changes of students. I spent more energy to change the composition. I pay attention to understanding students' personality, life and hobbies through composition, and comments are not limited to the form of articles. I think the fluency of expression, the presence or absence of typos and the weight of content are the most important for senior two students, because this is their most prominent problem. Students don't pay much attention to composition, but they are interested in expressing their ideas. If teachers regard writing as a purely technical exercise and don't care about the content of the composition, they will lose an excellent opportunity to understand the inner world of students. As a teacher, we should always remember that teaching is to educate people, not as a teacher but as an educator. As a Chinese teacher, we should establish the guiding ideology of "big Chinese".
4. Teaching experience
We must try our best to get students involved in class and not be distracted. This is very particular about methods. The classroom content is rich and realistic. Natural teaching, vivid lectures, moderate difficulty and all aspects will naturally attract students. Therefore, teachers should have enough spirit every day to let students feel a natural atmosphere. This teaching will get twice the result with half the effort. Looking back at my own teaching, I feel a little guilty, because sometimes I can't do it well. When students are unwilling to study in class and violate discipline, my mood will be affected, which will be brought into teaching, which will impact the normal class attendance and affect the teaching effect. I will try my best to overcome, study methods and adopt favorable methods to solve future difficulties.
