On Haizi's Crying and Singing
Judging from Haizi's poems, poetry is the barb of life.

Poetry is the barb of life.

girl

There she is.

Stop and go

Clean feet

Covered with cool dew

She's a little blue.

Look at the house built of mud and grass.

Look at father

She parted her black hair with her hand.

A wild peach blossom leans silently.

Who is the other one for?

No one has ever asked.

Spring is the wind.

Autumn is the moon.

When I feel it,

She went to another place.

The fence there is like blue after the rain.

rivulet

"Give me the moon and body, and I promise to make a world that you are very satisfied with."

-Haizi

Haizi, formerly known as Cha Haisheng, was born in May 1964 and was born in Gaohe Chawan, Huaining County, Anhui Province. 1979 years old, admitted to Peking University Law Department and began to write poems. 1983 after graduation, Peking University was assigned to work in the philosophy department of China University of Political Science and Law. 1989 committed suicide in Shanhaiguan on March 26th.

Haizi only lived for 25 years, and his literary creation only lasted for about 7 years. In his short life, he used his extraordinary talent, devilish creativity, keen intuition and profound knowledge to create nearly 2 million words of poems, novels, plays and papers in an extremely poor and monotonous living environment. His main works include: the long poem Only Water, Water, the long poem The Earth, the poetic drama The Sun (unfinished), the first chorus drama Messiah, the second chorus drama, the long poem Dazza (unfinished), the drama Mao and about 200 lyric short poems. He collaborated with Xichuan to publish a collection of poems, The Urn in the Wheat Field. Some of his works have been included in nearly 20 anthologies of poems, but most of them have yet to be sorted out and published. 1986 won the special prize of the first May 4th Literature Grand Prix of Peking University Art Festival, and 1988 won the honorary prize of the third October Literature Award. On April 28th, 20001,he won the third People's Literature Award together with the poet Guo Lusheng.

Haizi is simple, keen, quiet, introverted, a little shy, not good at real life and addicted to imagination. His life is simple, barren and lonely. Apart from communicating with several close friends, writing constitutes the whole content of Haizi's life. Haizi left nearly two million words of works, most of which were written in this lonely life form.

Haizi is obsessed with the desolate soil and "feels that he is a completely clean black land"; Obsessed with the countryside, wheat fields and the sun; Obsessed with things that are dying and will radiate Hui Jin at an eternal height. All these have contributed to Haizi's lifelong career-describing the city of wheat fields and eulogizing the sun. In his meteor-like life, he was willing to retreat to the edge of modern civilization. In the extremely empty material life, he used his life to ignite the flame of poetic ideal. He sang like a thorn bird regardless of pain: singing about human beings, nature, life, all known and unknown, sacredness and glory. His poems are warm and enthusiastic, and have the texture of sunshine. It can be said that Haizi was the greatest romantic poet in China in 1980s, a king poet full of vigor and vitality, and a poet who remained original, complete and pure until his death. However, for us, Haizi is a genius. For himself, he will always be a "material short-lived lover", a victim of love and a lonely "king".
