A, manual imitation wood railing production process:

1. Positioning and setting-out: according to the drawings and dimensions of wood-like railings and combining with the construction site, determine the construction position and scope.

2. Embedding of embedded parts: according to the excavation situation of balustrade, concrete cushion is poured to lay the foundation, and the concrete foundation is generally about 3cm wider than the size of balustrade, that is, "wide is narrow for use". Embedded parts shall be buried at the same time as the concrete foundation is made (expansion screws may also be driven into the concrete after the concrete foundation is completed).

3. Welding of the main body: Weld the wood-like railing column on the reserved reinforcement with galvanized angle steel of specification L4, and weld the wood-like railing with round steel of specification φ 6 (modeled according to the wood-like railing drawing).

4. Steel wire mesh binding: 0.4cm galvanized steel wire mesh is adopted and bound on the welded wood-like railing frame. (The steel wire mesh is galvanized welded wire mesh, with a diameter of 0.3mm and a hole of 0.4x0.4cm, and the binding wire is 20# cold galvanized binding wire).

5. Plastering: Plaster concrete with colored cement mortar (materials: colored powder, cement and sand) with a thickness of 2cm, divided into two times.

6. Modeling: According to the provided wood-like railing effect diagram, modeling, shaping wood grain, or shaping bark texture.

7. Coloring: According to the provided wood-like railing renderings, use iron oxide (or propylene) for color matching (different colors, different color matching methods will not be introduced in detail), and brush with a brush after color matching.

8. Surface oil: After coloring, spray acrylic emulsion on the painted mountain. Surface oil has two purposes: one is to make the color of wood-like railings more vivid after coloring, and the other is to avoid fading.

Second, the production and installation process of wood-like railings:

1. Concrete pile pouring: the concrete pile of wooden railings is poured and shaped, and the concrete pile is shaped according to the design requirements.

2. Chiseling: In order to improve the bonding performance between the imitation wood decorative layer and the pile, the pile is chiseled after the formwork is removed.

3. Surface cleaning: clean the dust and sundries on the surface of the high-pressure water concrete pile.

4. Grass-roots treatment: Wet the surface of concrete pile, but no accumulated water is allowed. SPC interfacial agent is prepared according to a certain proportion and stirred until there are no cement particles and no precipitation. ? Then evenly coated, without missing coating, to ensure the good combination of wood-like decorative layer and suede structure.

5. Decorative surface layer: The decorative layer is plastered with colored SPC polymer cement mortar. Cement, sand, SPC emulsion, water and toner used should meet the requirements? According to the technical requirements, Chengdu company is registered and mixed according to a certain proportion, its frost resistance grade is F 150, and the surface layer thickness is generally10 ~ 20 mm.

The decorative layer is plastered in layers according to different types of imitation wood, and the appearance is based on pine or elm bark, simulating tree joints, cracks, peeling and so on. Effect. The modeling surface is adjusted, supplemented, reinforced and artistically displayed to achieve the simulation effect.

6. Maintenance: It is mainly aimed at water conservation and heat preservation measures for winter construction. After the wood-like surface layer is completed, it is covered with plastic film for wet curing for 7 days, and then naturally raised. After 7 days of protection, surface treatment was carried out. If construction is carried out in winter, corresponding thermal insulation protection measures should be taken to ensure that the wood-like surface can maintain an environment above 5℃? .

7. Surface treatment: adjust, supplement, reinforce and display the surface of the molded wood-like railing by artistic means, and coordinate, color and create light.

8. Protective coating treatment: epoxy resin is used as coating material to spray the surface of decorative surface, and the coating construction should strictly control the construction process requirements. When the humidity is more than 80% or the temperature is lower than 5℃ in rainy days, painting construction is prohibited. After the rain, it is necessary to check whether the moisture content at the grass-roots level is qualified before construction.
