I. Content requirements

Text requirements of graduation design report:

(1) The main contents of the graduation design report for science and engineering majors should include: asking questions; The guiding ideology of design; Selection and comparison of schemes; According to the content and index requirements pointed out in the task book, write out the design process, the design calculation of component structures and related parameters involved in the project, the explanation of basic principles and theoretical analysis; The data or parameters of the actual operation of the design project are given, and compared with the theoretical design parameters to explain the reasons for the errors. Finally, the practical value of the design topic should be evaluated and explained; Problems existing in the design process, improvement suggestions or other better scheme ideas and reasons for not being adopted.

(2) The text of the graduation design report or thesis for economic management majors should include: the guiding ideology of asking questions and designing; Basis of design scheme, selection and comparison of design scheme; Design process; Technical and economic analysis indicators and methods adopted; Mathematical model and its basis, data calculation method; Evaluate the practicability and economic benefits of the design scheme; Put forward reasonable suggestions on the problems (or possible problems) existing in the process of design implementation. Basic arguments and main arguments of graduation thesis; According to the relevant national guidelines, policies and regulations, combined with practice to carry out theoretical analysis.

(3) The text of the graduation design report or thesis for liberal arts majors should include: the guiding ideology for raising and solving problems; The basis of the solution, the choice and comparison of the solution, and the conclusion.

Graduation thesis is printed on graduation design paper. The words are written in small four-letter fonts with a spacing of 24 points; The margins of the layout are 3 cm above, 2.5 cm below and on the left, and 2 cm on the right.

Third, the paper structure, binding order and requirements

The graduation thesis consists of the following parts:

(1) cover. The title of the paper should be no more than 20 words, concise and accurate, and can be divided into two lines.

(2) content.

(1) Abstract is a brief statement of the contents of the paper, which should reflect the main information of the paper as much as possible, including the research purpose, methods, achievements and conclusions, without charts and notes, and is independent and complete. Chinese abstracts are generally about 200-400 words, and English abstracts should be exactly the same as Chinese abstracts. The word "abstract" is in the middle.

(2) Keywords are nouns that reflect the theme of graduation project (thesis) and are used for retrieval. Subject entries should be general technical vocabulary, and self-made keywords are not allowed. Generally, there are 3-5 keywords, which are arranged from high to low according to the expansion level of the entry (subject catalog classification). Keywords are ranked below the main body of the abstract.

(3) Chinese abstracts and keywords come first, and English comes last.

8. Contents.

The table of contents should adopt three-level titles, with clear levels and consistent with the text titles. It mainly includes introduction, text, conclusion, thanks, main references and appendix.

Format is an editing method to ensure clear structure and sharp outline of articles. The format used in graduation thesis must conform to the provisions in the above table, which is consistent and shall not be mixed. In addition to the order level, the format should also include segmentation, line spacing, font and font size.

The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are placed in the center, and the preface and title of other levels (sections, articles and paragraphs) are arranged along the left side of the page from the top grid. The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are double-spaced from the bottom. Shorten two words after the beginning of the paragraph. The spacing between lines, paragraphs and hierarchical headings, and paragraphs and paragraphs is 24 points.

The preface and title of the first level (chapter) are in bold type II. There is a blank word between the preface and the title without punctuation, the same below.

The preface and title of the second floor (section) are in small three bold letters.

The preface and title of the third level (article) are in bold type 4.

The preface and title of level 4 and below should be in small four bold type.

(3) Conclusion (or conclusion). It is arranged as a separate chapter, but the words "Chapter XXX" are not added before the title. The conclusion is the summary of the whole paper, and the work done in the paper should be explained in concise words, generally no more than two pages.
