For example, the current unreasonable water price is an important factor that hinders the deepening reform of water resources basic industry, which leads to a lot of waste of water resources and makes the management and development of water-related industry face serious difficulties; At the same time, the unreasonable water price system is also one of the reasons for serious water pollution.
