How to correctly understand the new changes of contemporary capitalism
(1) Changes in ownership of means of production

Capitalist means of production go from complete private ownership to share private ownership and then to enterprise capital ownership. In the early days of capitalism, the ownership and control of the means of production were concentrated in the hands of capitalists. In this context, the exploitation and opposition between capitalists and hired workers are completely exposed. Later, with the gradual mainstreaming of joint-stock companies, private capitalists jointly possessed the means of production, separating the ownership and control of the means of production. Ownership and control of the means of production are not unified. After World War II, the ownership of state capital dominated, and the state, as a legal person, occupied the means of production and sought surplus value for a single corporate shareholders. As far as its nature is concerned, corporate ownership is still private capitalism. After this evolution, the capitalist means of production greatly improved the socialization of its capital possession.

(2) changes in labor relations and distribution relations

From the beginning of production, labor belongs to capital. Capitalists actually control and control the labor force. With the continuous strengthening of production tools in socialized mass production, laborers are not particularly important to capitalists, and capitalists begin to exploit laborers mercilessly. However, with the continuous growth of the working class and the continuous development of social productive forces, capitalists realized that they would perish if they continued like this, so they began to take some measures to alleviate the working class: for example, let workers participate in enterprise decision-making and alleviate class contradictions; Lifelong employment makes workers consciously obey capitalists; Employee stock ownership gives the working class a sense of belonging, arouses their labor enthusiasm and produces more surplus value. Capitalism's adjustment of labor-capital distribution relations has improved the living conditions of the working class to a certain extent, but the private ownership of the means of production has not changed.

(3) changes in social class and class structure

Capitalists do not control the means of production, but only possess the means of production. Capitalists obtain surplus value through stock interest. The control of the means of production is generally in the hands of senior managers of enterprises, who can get rich salaries and have the same interests as capitalists. Most workers have changed from the traditional way of working to the modern way of working.
