He used to be the president of Beijing Dance Academy, one of the founders of China classical dance, a dance educator, and the initiator and promoter of the dance academy's promotion from secondary school to undergraduate course. The course "Body Rhyme" was opened, and monographs "Body Rhyme Textbook of China Classical Dance" and "Creation and Development History of China Classical Dance Teaching System" were published. He won the first prize and the second prize of "Educational and Teaching Achievements" at the national level and in Beijing, and created works such as Listening to the Qin on a Moonlit Night and Luoshen.
