2) Conduct practical demonstration according to the above introduction (including hardware system, topics that cannot be demonstrated on site can be arranged separately by each defense group; If the off-campus project cannot be demonstrated, it must hold the application certificate or acceptance report of the unit).
3) The main defense teacher (that is, the thesis review teacher) asks three questions about the thesis to the defense students, and then other defense teachers ask questions, with no more than three questions. The defense teacher's questions must be simple and orderly, and the atmosphere should be harmonious, so as not to cause students to be nervous and make mistakes in defense.
4) Students should answer the questions raised by the defense teacher in an orderly, accurate and concise manner, and the total time for asking and answering questions should be controlled within 25 minutes for undergraduates and 20 minutes for junior college students.
5) Requirements in the process of defense
(1) The defense site should be kept quiet, and non-defense personnel (except staff) are not allowed to enter without permission.
(2) The marking teacher must write comprehensive comments on the design scheme, feasibility, novelty, innovation, design rationality, design quality, accuracy and fairness of data processing and parameter calculation, give marking results and prepare questions that students are required to answer when defending.
(3) Defending teachers should mainly focus on the performance, functional indicators, safety measures, design schemes, principles, basic theories and new technologies of graduation design topics; Application value; Social and economic benefits; Analyze whether the problem is comprehensive, in-depth and meticulous; Ask questions about the expressive ability and comprehensive application ability of knowledge, and if necessary, it can involve the basic theoretical knowledge of this major (discipline). It is not advisable to ask questions that are too far from the point, or controversial and unclear.
(4) In the process of defense, if the instructor is inevitably on the scene, students can't be prompted and don't participate in the review and defense of the defense group (1) graduation design score classification:
1. Excellent: able to independently complete all the contents specified in the design requirements, with correct design scheme, clear basic concepts, original opinions or creativity, serious attitude towards graduation design, full design workload, outstanding performance in the whole graduation design process, clear writing of graduation design papers, substantial content and reasonable structure.
2. Good:
Can better complete all the contents specified in the design requirements, the design scheme analysis problem is correct, the basic concept is clear, the graduation design attitude is serious, there is a certain amount of design workload, the graduation design paper is clear, the content is substantial and the structure is reasonable.
3. Medium:
Can complete all the contents specified in the design requirements, the design scheme is basically correct, the basic concepts are clear, the graduation design attitude is serious, there is a certain amount of design workload, and the graduation design thesis is well organized.
4. Adopted:
Basically complete the content specified in the design requirements, the design scheme is basically reasonable, the basic concepts are clearly understood, the graduation design attitude is serious, the graduation design project quantity is insufficient, and the graduation design thesis writing meets the basic requirements.
5. Failure:
The contents specified in the design requirements are incomplete, the design scheme is unreasonable, or there are serious defects and the basic concepts are unclear.
Graduation design attitude is not serious, graduation design thesis writing meets the basic requirements, and graduation design thesis writing does not meet the basic requirements.
The number of students with excellent graduation design results is generally controlled within 20%, and students who fail in graduation design results cannot graduate.
(2) Performance evaluation
The composition of the final graduation design achievement of mechanical specialty should include:
Tutor's comments and grades account for 20%.
2. The teacher's comments and achievements account for 20%.
13. Practice demonstration accounts for 20%.
4. Respondents' comments and scores account for 40%.
When the results of the above parts are far from each other, the defense Committee will make a careful decision again.
Instructors, reviewers and defense teams can refer to the following aspects and their scores to grade students.
1. The workload of the design topic is too small, the degree of difficulty and whether the design meets the requirements of the topic. 20%
2. Whether the analysis of the problems in the design is comprehensive, in-depth and meticulous, and whether there are original opinions and innovations (innovation generally refers to a breakthrough in the existing reference materials or the design scheme of the instructor, and shows obvious advantages, or satisfactorily solves the key technologies in the design). 20%
3. Whether the information is complete, whether the paper is neat, clear and organized, and whether there are any mistakes or omissions, 15%.
4. The degree of use of the design object and its relative level in similar products. 15%
5. Work attitude, cooperative spirit and ability to work independently. 10%
6 access to all kinds of information (including foreign information) and the ability to use new technologies, new equipment, new instruments and new tools. 10%
Logical thinking and language expression ability in defense. 10%。 8, the actual demonstration according to the percentage of the completion of the corresponding results, apply for a certificate or acceptance report held outside the school to give full marks.
