(3) Publishing academic papers on construction project management in provincial and ministerial journals, with the first author each having 10 class hour, and publishing special teaching materials with more than 50,000 words, with the first and second authors each having 20 class hours.
The continuing education of registered architects is mainly face-to-face, and at the same time, the online education mode is explored. The leading department of online education or the provincial housing and urban construction department will report the management measures and work plan to the the State Council housing and urban construction department for review, and be responsible for the training quality of online education.
The initial registration of the second-level constructor within the specified time does not require continuing education. Those who fail to apply within the time limit can apply for initial registration only after meeting the requirements of continuing education in this major.
