How should college students cultivate legal thinking?
In daily life, college students can learn legal knowledge, master legal methods, participate in legal practice, form law-abiding habits and keep the legal bottom line, so as to gradually improve their thinking ability and cultivate the thinking mode of rule of law in their study and life.

Learn legal knowledge. Learning and mastering basic legal knowledge is the premise of cultivating legal thinking. It is impossible for a person who knows nothing about legal knowledge to form a rule of law thinking.

Master legal methods. The process of thinking under the rule of law is a process of thinking, analyzing and solving legal problems by using legal methods.

Participate in legal practice. Rule of law thinking is a way of thinking that is trained, cultivated and applied in rich legal practice. Without the vivid practice of rule of law construction, it is difficult to cultivate the way of thinking of rule of law. Only by participating in various legal activities and using legal knowledge and methods to think, analyze and solve legal problems in legal practice can we form a conscious habit of thinking under the rule of law.

Form the habit of obeying the law. Rule of law thinking is a kind of habitual thinking, which has a lot to do with long-term conscious habits.

Hold the legal bottom line. College students should insist on starting from me, starting from the side, forming the bottom line thinking, strictly observing the legal bottom line and taking the lead in obeying the law.
