In recent years, many colleagues around me have received solicitation letters from this forum, with colleagues participating and various opinions. I wanted to publish an article when I was evaluating my professional title last year. I contributed with the mentality of giving it a try, and I also received written and electronic notices of this forum, claiming that it was sponsored by China Journal of Pedagogy. I remitted money to them, the article was published, and with the certificate, the professional title evaluation was passed. Some colleagues are not so lucky, and their titles are not evaluated. So in my opinion, this activity is not a liar, but it is hard to say whether the certificate and published articles are useful or not.
