Windows and mirrors

Give me a window and I will look around the world. Through this window, I will observe all kinds of sentient beings and experience the warmth and coldness of human feelings; Through this window, I will grasp the pulse of the world and feel the leap of the times. A window is people's open mind and conveys an open attitude to communicate with the world. Only by living with an open attitude can we realize the fullness of life.

There is a window open to nature. "The branches of red apricots are full of spring", which makes the spring scenery lovely, vibrant and lovable; "The trees are thick and the summer is long", I can only see that I have to pose tall and straight, bathing in the hot summer sunshine and sprinkling fresh coolness at the same time; "Frost leaves are redder than February flowers", and the bright yellow and bright red colors in autumn agitate the harvest mood; "Blowing open the petals of ten thousand pear trees", winter snow washed the human soul with purity and whiteness. Open that window, breathe the breath of nature, feel the wind lingering at the fingertips, the rain swaying in front of the window, and life flowing freely in it. Live an open attitude and feel the breath of life!

There is a window that is open to the world. From the technological innovation of "learning from foreigners to control foreigners" in the Westernization Movement to the system reform of the Reform Movement of 1898, from Lin Zexu's opening to the outside world to the clear propaganda of "democracy" and "science" in the New Culture Movement, from the reform and opening up of 1978 to the success of China's entry into the WTO in 200 1 and Beijing's bid for the Olympic Games, China is in line with the world and achieving synchronization. We used to be weak, we used to cede land for compensation, we used to be in political chaos, we used to be separated by warlords, and the people were in dire straits. Now, China has risen quietly, not by population, but by internal reform and opening-up policy. When we communicate with the world in an equal manner and with all walks of life in a learning attitude, we can become strong at the fastest speed. Live an open attitude and draw fresh strength.

Give me a mirror and I'll look at myself. The mirror projects a real image and records every move. Through the mirror, we observe our own state and understand the real "ID". A mirror symbolizes people's open mind and introspection, conveys the open attitude of communicating with themselves, and corrects the deficiency of life.

Have a mirror, open to yourself and communicate with your heart. For individuals, it is to learn to examine and inquire. The late writer Shi Tiesheng often wrote in a wheelchair and examined himself in his writing. In Qiu Si, he recorded his rude attitude towards his mother in detail, revealing remorse and nostalgia between the lines, which was his reflection and torture on his behavior after waking up; He thought about death, the meaning of life and himself in Ditan. It is this day-to-day self-examination and introspection that enables him to see all kinds of "evil deeds" in the past in the mirror and decide to start a new life.

In China, there is a mirror that does not escape, is not harsh, is not flattering, and does not suppress ugliness. Only by facing everything objectively can we win respect. The Jewish massacre and the Katyn massacre have been judged by history, but the ghost of the Nanjing massacre still has no home. Japan needs a bright mirror to show the justice and truth that the world wants. Only by facing up to history, facing the past frankly and being honest with yourself can a country be full of confidence and confidence in the future.

What a person needs when facing himself is a mirror; What a person needs when facing the outside world is a window. People are like this, and so are countries.
